Always helpful! Always Friendly!! LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!

I had an issue with my autoshipment being delayed and me having to go out and buy dog food because of this. I was not happy considering the circumstances. I spoke to Nelly who was absolutely wonderful! She was polite, super helpful , composted me for the bag I had previously purchased on my own time and sent a new bag of dog food out right away. I honestly was going to cancel my autoshipment and just go to the store to get dog food from now on, but I am so glad I called because Nelly definitely made me a happy customer and I'm going to continue to purchase from chewy and receive my autoshioments because of her help. I Highly recommend purchasing any pet products here, the brand names are legit and quality is on pint also . I've never been disappointed with any thing I have purchased from chewy!

This is my second time using Chewy.com to purchase my pet what she needs. So far, we are pleased with the service.

I honestly can say that they are awesome, even though the shipping was delayed later than normal, all bc of the COVID19, they still kept me informed that my order was on the way. I've never had a problem with them or customer services! Thank you Chewy.com P.s. I love my painted canvas of my Rottie

I have been ordering from Chew for several years. In addition to toys and treats, I order supplements and prescription dog food. For my last order I made the mistake having the order shipped to the wrong address--to a temporary vacation rental property at which we received our last shipment, rather than our current home. I immediately called Chewy to see what they needed me to do. The lovely customer service lady advised me that I could ask the owner of our temporary vacation rental property to donate the shipment to a local animal shelter (which she did). Chewy then immediately reshipped my order to our correct address--at no extra charge to me, despite it being my fault. I don't know how many companies would go to this length, but I do know it is one reason why Chewy will always have my business.

I’m not the kind of person that likes to write reviews but this company deserve that. The customer service and the products are outstanding. I’ve been using “Chewy” around one year ago and I just had good experience. I highly recomend it!!

Chewy's customer service is amazing. Before my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis, I thought he was just getting picky with his food (he was over 13 years old). I had a sample bag of Stella and Chewy's that my dog liked, so I ordered the big bag on Chewy. However, after I got the big bag my dog stopped eating and Chewy refunded me the price of the food and asked me to donate the food to a local shelter. After my dog passed two weeks ago, I had to cancel an order of canned food. Chewy sent me flowers. Absolutely amazing.
