Chewy is ABSOLUTELY the best service I have ever tried! Not only in the US, but across the globe too! I madly love their attentive human support service, fast delivery, responsible and careful customer service! Ordered a lot of things for my cat and will order more! Never seen people are so deeply dedicated to your orders and personal situations! Always grateful and recommend!

My cat (Mr.Chow) has diabetes and was dangerously low on insulin. It's the Labor Day weekend and my vet had none available. They told me to contact Chewy.com. Mind you, i'm nervous, never miss an insulin shot and need help! The customer service woman was very understanding and empathetic to my situation. She told me Chewy has it's own pharmacy service and can express deliver it to you. MY CAT GOT HIS INSULIN LITERALLY 20 HOURS LATER, AT MY DOOSTEP!!! It was packed in the most carefully arranged box containing Styrofoam walls six large ice packs and a very secure lid to it all - I NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS - THE SERVICE AT CHEWY IS INCREDIBLE!!! I have always got quality service and great customer service from Chewy.com, but this? This was way above and beyond that!!! Thank you so much Chewy, you have an extremely thankful and loyal customer!!!

I've always appreciated Chewy for its quick shipping, great selection and competative pricing. Now, I'm even more impressed. I went online to buy bird seed and updated my Pet's profile because my little Yorkie had passed away. A day two later, condolence flowers were delivered with a very nice note. They were beautiful and are still alive a week later. I'm blown away that a big company like Chewy took the time to acknowledge my loss. They've got my business forever! Thanks Chewy!!!

Stellar customer service!! I was taken completely by surprise to receive a beautiful bouquet from Chewy.com after I reported that my cat Rhett had passed so they could update their records on prescriptions. It never occurred to me that I would get a response, much less flowers! I love the service and personalized feel to this business and highly recommend them.

I wanted to write to say a big Thank You to Chewy. We've received two beautiful bouquets of flowers for the passing of our precious pup Sophie. One was from a representative named Olivia (what a beautiful name) that I informed of her passing and one from Chewy as a whole. How sweet and thoughtful. Chewy is an incredible company, the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my whole life (66 years). God bless you for caring so much. You are awesome!!!!

We've had great experiences with Chewy! They have an incredible return policy (if our pets don't like something they will often just refund us and ask that we donate the item or food) Their customer service is quick and efficient and so is their shipping.
