This is my first transaction and they fast service and good selection on the specific dog food I was looking for.

I was really pleased to find my dogfood since the company is changing their packing, I hated to change my puppy food when he is doing well on MERRICK PUPPYPLATE. Was very happy on how quickly I received my order, was unhappy when I received it it had a hole in the bag, I immediatly called and customer service was wonderful, they promptly sent a new bag to me, no questions asked. Thank You for understanding not wanting to feed my puppy from a toren bag of food. Thanks Again, DARLLA HOLDREN

My 12-year old Lab Mix has pancreatitis so she must be on a strict diet. There are not many foods she can handle as so many contain nothing but crap. She was on Purina Veterinarian Formula EN (RX only-what a pain in the arse!) for many years, but at nearly $80 a bag, I can no longer afford it, so it was imperative that I found a quality food that would keep her illness from flaring up. First I put her on Avoderm which worked well for her digestive system, but she *hated* it so when she refused to eat, she always ended up vomitting, thus making her sick all over again. I finally tried Blue Buffalo Senior Life Protection with 100% success, not to mention that the price is SO much lower than the other stuff. Mr. Chewy offered the best price and an extra incentive for setting up auto delivery every month which can be cancelled any time. My only complaint, and this is important because I live in an EXTREMELY remote area, is that the same delivery method as Petco took several days longer to arrive, causing me to have to feed my dog a regular commercial food for a few days which always makes her sick. Other than that, I am very pleased with Mr. Chewy and will see if they can do anything about getting the food to me a few days faster without additional cost. My dog gives them 4 paws!

First box arrived and to my surprise, there was treats packed in with three cases of canned food. I called the 800 number and George was as shocked as I was that shipping packed treats in with cans! The treats were pulverized. George made it right by sending out a replacement. Am very pleased.

I would like to see the price on the packing slip

Ordered a 30 lb bag of food on Saturday and had it on our doorstep on Thursday! Saved $8-14 online and about $30 from pet store pricing.

So far the only issue I had was the shipping took a bit longer on my dogs food than I was expecting. This was my 1st time ordering from MrChewy. If I can't find my Fromm's food anywhere close to me for cheaper, I'll continue to order.
