I have been using Chewy.com for several years for my 4 pets. Food, toys, prescriptions, everything I've needed I have been able to get from Chewy. Just over a week ago I lost my 15 year old Buddy. I called chewy to cancel his prescription shipment. Today, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a condolence card from chewy. It was the most wonderful thing a company can do for their customers. They have a customer as long as I have pets. Thank you Chewy.

I really like Chewy. Even during this Cov-19, I was running short on dog food, and I had to place a quicker auto ship to my house. I was totally surprised when I got it in 2 days, when I was told a bit longer. Thanks Chewy! (A lot of their fish stuff is lower, also, that we use)

On Monday I get an email from UPS stating that a package was scheduled to be delivered, from FTD flowers. Flowers?! I didn’t order any flowers. Ok, now who did these come from? Not many people know my actual address (only how to get here from memory). A couple days before my kitty Gracie Lou passed away I ordered her prescription food from Chewy.com. It didn't make it here in time for her to use it. A dear friends daughter offered to call them for me while I was at work to see about a refund. She told them that Gracie Lou has passed and the box of food was unopened. Not only did they give me a refund but said to keep the food or donate it if I would like. The food was donated to our local cat shelter as they have 2 diabetic kitties that eat the same prescription food. Flowers arrived this morning with a heartfelt card from Chewy.com sending their sympathy for the passing of my Gracie Lou. Flowers aside, never before have I dealt with a company that will immediately refund for a package received and then tell the customer to keep or donate the product. Thank you Chewy.com for the beautiful flowers, it was a wonderful surprise this morning!

I sent an order to the incorrect address. Chewy customer service made up for my mistake and resent the order to me. I couldn't have asked for a better solution! I will continue to use them for my pet food needs!

I truly believe that Chewy is THE BEST company in ANY product line. Coronavirus has hurt their turn around time, no doubt , but that certainly is not their fault. They never take an item back, they credit you and have you donate that item, in closing, THEY GET IT AND THEY CARE Had to edit, Chewy is basically back on their great one day delivery schedule, I ordered food for my cats Sunday afternoon at 5:30 and it arrived Monday at 12:30pm , THEY ARE THE BEST !! Unmatching customer service! My cat Pancake passed away so I called the customer service requesting how to go about returning unused food. They not only refused to take items back but refunded the money 100%. Then a few days later today, I have received a beautiful flower bouquet from them for my loss of Pancake... I was lost for words... Thank you so much Chewy!

Chewy is the most amazing company I have ever dealt with. Their delivery is always quick and on time....even during Covid 19. Our dog recently passed away but I had already ordered his dog food because we are set up on auto ship. I called them to cancel our future auto ships and they told me they were going to credit my account for the bag of food that I just received......and told me to donate the dog food to someone since my dog had just passed away. I was really surprised! Three days later to my surprise they delivered to me a beautiful flower arrangement with a beautiful card telling me they were sorry for the loss of my dog !!! I was absolutely shocked by their kind generosity!!!! I wish all companies operated like them. They are amazing!!!!!

The chewy support team is an amazing group of people! I have never had a pet store be so kind to me but Chewy takes the ‘cake’! When they found out that my beloved kitty Mr Tinkles, passed away they were kind enough to send me an email stating how sorry they were and along with that I received a bouquet of flowers and a condolence card from the team, specifically a girl named Brittany! I just want to say that I am deeply touched by this act of kindness and 100% will continue to purchase any and all pet related items through only Chewy!
