Chewy is by far one of the most efficient and customer friendly businesses I've ever dealt with. More companies need to take Chewys example and apply it immediately. Keep up the great work! My new Cane Corso Liotta and my 4 year old pug Pesci love Chewy!

My daughter and I love our pets!! We had our beloved white GSD that we lost to cancer recently plus two cats, PLUS we serve as a foster home for felines both tame and feral, and dogs. We love CHEWY!! The service has always been exemplary, and efficient. When I had to stop an auto shipment due to the loss of our dog, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a sweet note. In addition, they refused my offer to return the order and said to donate it, which is a wonderful way to help the community. Thank you, Chewy for brightening our day!!

I’ve used Chewy many times to get my dog’s prescription diet but somehow when ordering other products I had it being shipped to another city completely. I didn’t notice right away and when I went to check on the shipment status I realized it and called chewy at 11pm in a panic they assured me they would do everything to get it to my house but if it didn’t to call back and they would send me a replacement order right away! Well without any delay I received my original order! Thank you Chewy! Great company, great products, great service!

My mom lost her dog Molly. When she called Chewy to stop deliveries they inquired why. My mom told them her dog passed away and was pretty emotional about it.
