We have used chewy since getting our first dog in 2012. We now have 3 dogs and 2 cats and go through almost 100 pounds alone of dog food a month. Through the years these are the best things I have noticed about chewy: -Ease of having the food delivered -Quick shipping. We have lived in 3 different states since becoming customers and even through the covid lockdowns our deliveries have never taken more than 8 days from order to delivery. -Fantastic customer service. We had problems with an order only once and it was when one item from the order was not delivered. I called customer service and there was no arguing, I explained that an item hadnt been delivered and they apologized and immediately shipped me the item. This is kind of random but they also send you a handwritten card at Christmas and on your pets birthday which Ive always thought was sweet. The only negative is minor, but generally they package everything into as few boxes as possible which is good for the environment, but when you have a 50lb bag of dog food and a small bag of dog cookies in the same shipping box.... sometimes things are smushed. Ive never had an entire package destroyed but there are always some that are banged up. Regardles we love chewy and highly recommed!

I've found the customer service at Chewy to be excellent. Because my mail has been accumulating in a pile during the pandemic, I failed to notice that a Chewy discount coupon had arrived in the mail. I discovered the coupon after placing an order with the pharmacy. The pharmacy was perfectly accommodating, giving me a $20 credit for the coupon value after I wrote to them explaining my oversight. Also, I've been satisfied with their products. They've all been as advertised.

This is a company that loves animals! My cat recently got put on a prescription diet but I just bought a bag of cat food. They refunded me my money and allowed me to donate it to the local shelter I got my cat from. This last order was damaged during shipment and one of my items was missing. Before I had a chance to bring it to their attention, they emailed me saying that they are aware it was damaged and they have already resent my shipment. The replacement shipment came in the next day. I cannot stop raving about this company!

In awe of Chewy.com and very touched by my experience with customer service. Thank you so much Christina and to everyone at Chewy who is contributing to a thriving philosophy of loving pet parents. We just lost our beloved Hobbes kitty. Devastated and crying so hard, I had a phone call with Christina and she not only invited me to keep the order of food at no charge, which had already shipped so that I could donate in Hobbes' name.... a few days later, she also sent a bouquet to my doorstep with a very kind sympathy note. Christina, thank you. I'm so grateful and so moved. Chewy, thank you. Thank you for being an exceptional company that is so compassionate and sweet with your customers.

Picture perfect!! We received in the mail today a package, we received everything we ordered a day prior. We were wondering what it was to our surprise it was canvas handmade pictures of our 3 pets. The cutest thing ever. Really nice canvas beautiful work by Ogden. Couldn’t be happier chewy goes out of their way for customers. I am shocked and happy. Thank you chewy.

They are the BEST! We had order stuff for our precious Dog and before our order arrived, she had passed away. I email Chewy, to let them know and they refunded everything we had bought her and asked us to donate somewhere where it could be used. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. We can NOT thank them enough. Truly AMAZING customer service!

I just think this is the most caring and amazing company. Even through the Covid and delays. The staff has always been the most friendly people who have ever taken my calls. I really like how they are trained. A company that actually cares about our pets. Thank you Chewy. Almost 2 years I've been using you all now. :) Definitely recommend.
