We're in the middle of a pandemic, where income is scarce, unemployment is backlogged months, and every dollar counts. Autoship is a huge lifesaver when you have too many other things to remember to do or refill, plus it saves you money! But when you forget to cancel the recurring orders that you can no longer afford, and wake up to realize your gas and food money for the weekend is now mere change, you might panic. You don't have to with Chewy. It took like 2 seconds and 2 button clicks to cancel my order, and the money returned within the hour. Thank you Chewy, I will definitely continue ordering once our finances are back in order again!

So, i ordered 8 pet candles from here and they were delivered the very next day! Super fast! When I recieved them 2 were shattered. I called customer service and they replaced them immediately. They were delivered the next day. So friendly on the phone might I add!! Im certain it was not Chewy's fault. They were wrapped in bubble wrap so good i dont know how they would have broken. My guess is the delivery guy threw them on the truck or just dropped them on my porch.

I want to just tell you how amazing chewy.com is. Our cat passed away and I called to tell them I had a case of unused food to return. They told me to donate the food, which I gave to the local Humane Society and sent us the most beautiful flowers with their condolences. They have always had amazing customer service, but that was beyond special. I highly recommend them.

This is a review for chewy customer service. I have been getting cat litter and canned cat food delivered for about 6 months. I had an issue with the first shipment- I called- and they were polite and fixed it. A few deliveries no problems and then on my last shipment I had an issue again. I sent an email and was trying to remedy the problem by changing my autoship. I called for assistance to set up 2 autoships. The gentleman was helpful, fixed it for me and was efficient. When I hung up I found that they had already responded to my email and were sending out a replacement. I can't recall who helped me on the phone, but Eric fixed the problem by email as well. I am very pleased with your customer service and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I was a customer for many years till the last of my 3 dogs passed, recently. Through the years, Chewy had never disappointed me in showing compassion & great customer service. Whenever I had an issue with my food delivery, be it dented cans or any slight imperfection, they were always prompt in responding & making things right. I usually send in pictures of defects & had always received positive responses to make things right. Reach out to them when you encounter an issue & you will be amaze at their great customer service. I would like to thank Chewy.com for being such an awesome place for pet-loving people. I tell anyone with a pet about you & will continue doing so. Thank you!

I ordered a Sentinel prescription for my dog and it said my package was "delivered" but it was nowhere to be found. Chewy uses FedEx and I called FedEx to inquire about the false delivery but the auto prompts had me on hold twice for 13 minute increments. I was extremely frustrated and worried about being out of $75. I called Chewy the next day and the customer service rep was SO nice. She looked up my account information and initiated an investigation to the shipper/driver about relocating my missing package.She also ordered a replacement prescription for free of charge just in case they can't find it. This compelled me to leave a review because I'm extremely relieved and happy with the way they handled my problem. Thank you Chewy!!!

I'll start off by saying everyone that has been giving them <3 stars since the beginning of this pandemic needs to rethink and get their priorities straight. Businesses all over are having an incredibly hard time acquiring and shipping products and chewy isn't exempt from that. I work in an animal hospital and since this pandemic started, certain medication were impossible to order and medicated food wasn't that much better and our clients rely on us for that, so y'all need to relax. Now I've only been using chewy.com for a short amount of time, but giving them 5 stars doesn't do them justice. Earlier this year, I had a cat unexpectedly need to he euthanized, but the day before I had purchased something for her through chewy. Not only did they allow me to keep the product (they suggested I donate it), they gave me a full refund. I was heart broken and they were more supportive than some people who personally know me and my now deceased fur baby. The next day I came home to flowers and a hand written card from one of the customer service employees sending her condolences. Fast forward to yesterday, I got the news thst my other cat isn't doing that great so I ordered a supplement for her kidneys . I received an email saying that due to the current state, shipments may take longer, and I got anither one today saying it will be here end of day. I know this pandemic has people freaking our over numerous things, one of them being how to care for their fur babies, but chewy is not the one to be mad at. I recommend chewy.com to EVERYONE who had an animal to care for. Even if you don't just email customer service because they are awesome!!

Best company. Great prices, great service. I have used Chewy for years for everything. Excellent customer service. A company that values their customers. I was shocked when I received flowers when my dog passed away! As soon as I find another fur baby I will be ordering everything from Chewy. A company with a heart ♥️♥️
