The vet recommend Royal Canine for my 20yr old cats kidney failure, so I ordered in bulk the flavors she liked from the vet sample package. After the first shipment arrived and a couple cans in, she stopped eating the wet food despite attempts switching the foods around. When the second auto-shipment arrived months later, I had completely forgotten I had set it to reoccurring and called customer support to see if I could return the unopened package of food for my money back. To my surprise, they refunded the total cost and told me to keep the package of food to give to another family in need!!! Kiani helped me through the phone and was exceptionally kind and compassionate about my kitty...Chewy is up in my book, not only for helping others in need, but also having such great staff to chat with. Thank you Chewy & Kiani, you have brightened my day, and hopefully this catfood can brighten someone else's day too ❤️

Excellent customer service!!! Packages arrive quickly. They were out of one product I needed and the refund was incredibly fast. 100 percent satisfied with all purchases from here! Better and cheaper than petsmart!

I have ordered from Chewy many times without problems. My last order had an issue, the kitty litter smashed my case of Sheba wet food, damaging several containers. I sent an email to Chewy to let them know what happened so next time they would package it differently. They sent me an entire new case of Sheba food, and it arrived the next day!

Let me start by saying thank you Chewy and all your hard working employees . I recently had a melt down when I realized I had only one scoop of my taste if the wild catfood remaining, I went on my app. and checked my auto shipment and saw i still had several days before my auto shipment went out so I figured I would have to go out and purchase a bag somewhere. I was so impressed how easy it was to get my auto ship earlier, so I easily changed my order on Saturday evening still assuming that I would need to still run out by Sunday to buy a bag . Sunday I go to walk out of my house to go find catfood and behold sat a box from Chewy not even a whole day and you had my 3 bags delivered to my door on Sunday!! So again please know how greatful I feel that I found Chewy and thanks again for diverting my near crisis as my 13 cats would have been extremely upset with me. Lol. Amazing customer service. We ordered a 40lb bag of food worth 60$ and it said it was delivered but we never received it. I called customer service and a representative answered right away. I was on the phone for 1 min with her and she put in another order for free! I got a confirmation email and everything. I’ve never had such great service before. I am so pleased and will definitely be using them again.

Chewy has gained my utmost respect. I used to order all my dog’s food and supplements from Chewy. In the fall, my dog passed away from old age issues. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return an unopened bad of joint health supplements. The representative said he would refund me for the order and asked that instead of returning it to donate it to a local shelter. What he did next was shocking... he asked if I had anything else I ordered from them. I said I told him yes I had an opened bag of joint supplements and opened bag of his dog food. The representative said he was also going to refund me for those as well as long as in return I was to donate them to my local shelter. That was so generous for such a big company to offer that. I will always recommend chewy bc of that:)
