I forgot to cancel an auto-ship order and instead of having to return it, they just told me to donate it to a local animal shelter. Great customer service and doing great things to help furry friends in need!

I am so glad to have Chewy. My lab is a huge fish lol! John Wayne Duke gets lots of recurring skin allergies etc. I am at the vet more than I need to be for his yeast infection and fungal infections because he is diving lab and loves the water plain and simple. This shampoo smells amazing, its not to powerful, doesn't slap ya in the face with floral scents. So far he is good. Not itching, doesn't stink in his neck. I bought the spray also. It has a nice Lavender smell. Very Natural smelling. Read reviews for days on these products. And man I order them yesterday and I just received them the next day. Dang that was fast. Also, I used this product on my other dog which is a heiler pit bull and she gets hot spots every year. We live in Arizona which is 🔥 but VERY DRY. Marshamellow starting looking happier after her bath and yes it was just one bath but her look shows it all. So with that said you can use this on all of my breeds and mix breeds. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my puppy that I was preparing for passed away before I had the chance to bring him home. I placed a massive order with Chewy to prepare for the puppy and needed to issue a refund/return. Instead of having me send back the items, Chewy sent me a heartfelt note and issued me a full refund and asked for the items to be donated in the name of my passed puppy instead of sending the items back. I was completely taken back of how thoughtful and caring the support team was. In the future when I bring home another puppy, I'll be a forever loyal customer and advocate of Chewy.

We have been Chewy customers for several years and have always had exceptional service experiences. Most recently, we had to make a dietary change for our senior dog. We spoke with Karlene who was extremely helpful and friendly. As a voice for the company, she did an excellent job helping us make a healthy decision for our dog and representing the caring and trusted values of Chewy.

I have never had any problems with Chewy. I have used them for a couple of years and have always been satisfied with their service. My pet has recently passed away, so I called customer service to get removed from mailing lists. The customer service representative was very helpful and kind. Today, I received flowers from Chewy. I'm very touched by this. If I get another pet in the future, I will use Chewy again.

Chewy is definitely reasonable priced and very easy to order from. I’ve made several orders in less than a month, since we’ve learned of Chewy.com & my experience has been phenomenal the entire time. Shipments are super quick. The auto shipment is definitely a plus, you’ll never run out of pets needs. They have everything your animals would want & need. I’ll definitely be a customer as long as this continues.

I recently lost my beloved cat Mr Sneakas and some of my days are very blue without him. To my surprise Chewy sent flowers which truly brightened my day!! I have other animals so I will continue to buy from Chewy's but the action today just confirmed the reason why I will remain a customer. Thank you!
