Very timely, convenient, customer oriented service that would be that answer to many pet owners needs except that I can get my brand of dog food for the same price or cheaper. This means the advantage to using Mr. Chewy is the delivery to my door. I showed this service to my co-workers who also report they dog food is cheaper else where. The introductory $15 made my purchase cost effective.

I'm glad I found this website and service. I live in a small, rural town and whole-food based dog food is often hard to come by. It's nice to have a site with decently priced options and home delivery. It arrived a day before they said it would. No arguments or concerns here.

I was really surprized to find the size of the Merrick sausage treats that I bought for 1.99 each---- they are really small. The Merrick doggie wishbones were a little better value at 2.99 each, but I was expecting them to be longer. Liked the "spend $49.00 or more and get free shipping!"

Would give it 5 stars except for the fact that the bag of dog food that I ordered (Blue Buffalo Wilderness) came with a tear in it. The box it was shipped in was intact, so I assume this happened in storage.

I got what I ordered in fast time, all items in good shape. would recommend to others. Good variety of products to choose from.

One of our dogs requires a somewhat restricted diet. We were able to find the dog food we needed at a great price. What I love most is that we're now automatically set up to receive the food every couple of weeks (that process is also completely adjustable). Shipping was free (because our order was over $50 and the food was ordered late Sunday and delivered Wednesday. My only complaint is that they had a limited supply of the food we needed (we were totally ready to buy more). I just hope this doesn't pose a problem when it's time for our order to be filled. Otherwise, I'd totally recommend Mr. Chewy!
