Chewy is by far the best place to buy pet food, treats, and anything else your pet may need. I have ordered from them for over 7 years and have NEVER been disappointed. I started using our local vet to buy my cats food and after 3 tries of disasters I have decided that I will use no one else but CHEWY. Their prices are the best and they back their product. Thank you Chewy for making life easy and making my cats very happy.

It was very convenient to be able to buy my dog's prescription food on their website. The vet wanted to charge me a lot more for it so I was thankful for chewy. My dog ended up passing away the same day that a box of her food showed up at my door. I called their customer service number so I could cancel my autoship. They not only refunded me for the food i couldn't use, but they also sent me a bouquet of flowers to send their condolences for my dog's passing. Great company that I will use again if I choose to get another pet at some point.

This company is so awesome!!! My Son and his wife had to put their dog down. They are devastated. Special food for Kip was being sent on instant shipment, so my Son called Chewy and told them what happened and that they needed to stop the order. Today they received a bouquet of flowers from Chewy in honor of Kip. They have the best customer service I have ever seen in a Company!!! I will continue to order from them!!! And thank you Chewy for your kindness and showing your compassion!!!

I can not say enough good things about Chewy! My son introduced me to this site a few years ago. I have never been disappointed! But the best thing I love about Chewy besides the convenience and ease of using the app is the promptness of their delivery. I’ve placed about 8 or so orders since 2016 and I have received my order the next day! Only once was it two days. All the rest were the next day! My latest order was made yesterday afternoon and I received my order this morning! Could you ask for anything better? Chewy is by far the best on line retail service I have ever used! I highly recommend it!

I've been using Chewy for over a year. Today one of the items in my order was torn. (Bird/small animal corn cob bedding). I called and within 5 minutes I had a replacement on the way.

1 day ago I sent a review to Chewy stating that the Chew Bones I purchased were not good. Today I received a response from them that they were refunding my purchase! Now that's the way to handle customer service. EXCELLENT COMPANY! Thanks Chewy! Roxanne Tischer

I just wanted to put a shout out to chewy. They sent me the wrong can dog food yesterday late afternoon. I called and they sent out the right one today. The CSR said it would be here Thursday but its already out for delivery on the truck today which is Tuesday. Thank u so much for making it right for free. I didn't even complain loudly. I don't understand some of the other reviews with the 1 or 2 stars as that was not my experience. Thank u so much. I may start a larger order with them from now on. ❤

We unfortunately had to surrender our dog, and Chewy was ABSOLUTELY incredible. They went above and beyond any customer service I've ever received - they immediately refunded the money to our card, and even told us to donate the crate to a shelter nearby. I highly recommend Chewy to anybody with a pet!
