I ordered the Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Hydrolyzed Protein Adult HP Dry Dog Food and Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Hydrolyzed Protein Canine Dog Treats because my vet prescribed it for my Chihuahua but she didn't like the food or treats and had to be desperate before she ate it. I wasn't allowed to feed her anything else beside that for 3 months to figure out if her itching was caused by something that she was eating. Because she didn't like the food I did a review saying I'd like to give it a half star if I could. Chewy saw my review and said because I wasn't happy with my purchase of $116.00 worth, ( 25 pounds of dog food and 1 pound of treats!) they refunded all of my money! I was impressed and will continue to buy from them!

Chewy has great customer service! I did not receive my package and they sent me my product for free again, with no hassle!

I am not sure how many years I have had an account with chewy, but my experience with them has been fantastic. The only time food was delivered late was because I forgot to order so after that I went to auto ship. Love that it is delivered to my door even in the dead of winter. We recently lost our good old boy of almost 14 years so needed to cancel food delivery. When asked why, I told the reason, was given condolences and figured that was that. Low and behold what shows up at my door a couple days later..... a dozen white roses In memory of our dog..... yes i highly recommend this company, a company that still has a heart. I went to return a $40 food container that didn't fit expecting to pay shipping back. Instead they refunded my money and their only ask was to donate it to a shelter or rescue. I am highly impressed!

I've been ordering from Chewy for about 10 years. Their customer service was always top-notch. When my pet died and I called them because a food auto-shipment showed up at my house, they told me to donate it to a shelter. Then...they sent me flowers for my loss! Unbelievable. I highly recommend ordering from them!
