Chewy's is the absolute BEST in customer service and merchandise. I wrote a little review on one of their products, and only mentioned that my cat didn't really like it. Cats are picky little eating fluff balls. Chewy's refunded my money, reached out and let me know that they would be happy to assist me in finding a food that she would like. I'm shocked, I didn't ask for a refund, didn't even really give the product a bad review, but a 'meh'. I've ordered multiple times over the last three years. I highly recommend them to friends and family, and will continue to use and support their business. They really exemplify how an online organization should work! They have GREAT product, GREAT customer service, and really FAST shipping. My last order I ordered it after two o'clock and it was delivered the next day to my amazement!!!

I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with chewy.com. Setting up auto-ship was easy and convenient, plus the food cane right to my front door! Changing auto-ship dates was easy and they remind you a few days prior to shipment so you can delay or change if needed. My dog was on Royal Canine prescription food and we had an unopened bag when he passed. When I called to ask about the return policy and the rep found out it was due to my dog passing, he was extremely sweet and offered some positive words. They refunded the money and told me not to worry about sending the bag back. 2 days later (which I called on a Sunday), a dozen beautiful colored roses showed up at my door. I was blown away at the compassion and understanding the company offered! I will always use chewy.com to fill my pet needs and recommend them to anyone who has pets!

My sweet Mozzarella who was a cat that had to have MiraLax everyday and his perscription food every day passed away. I would like to thank the staff at Chewy.com for their years of AWESOMENESS! Never had a problem with his perscription, auto fill was great, even when I had to changed the timing. We had a shipment of his food that we never opened and Chewy refunded me and allowed me to donate the food. OMG how fricken wonderful. Then I received yellow roses in the mail(my favorite!!) which just warmed my heart even more. I'm happy that I suggested to my daughter to buy from Chewy for her dog Juice. She is also very happy and we will ALWAYS recommend Chewy.com to everyone that has pets! Thank you kindly and stay happy and healthy!

We recently lost our 16 year old shih tzu. The chewy staff was amazing. Not only did they return the cost of our last order (which sadly arrived the day after our fur baby passed), but they allowed us to keep the order to donate it to another fur baby. Then a few days later we received a card, a dozen colored roses and some coupons for my husband and I to use. I can’t say enough positive things about this company and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Chewy is an incredible service! You don't have to pay monthly fees for free and quick shipping like you do on Amazon. I had one experience where one of my packages from Chewy was extremely beat up and some of the contents inside were damaged. Not only did they refund my money, but they also let me keep the package so I could use the undamaged contents. Their customer service is like no other. I've had so many bad experiences lately with Amazon Prime and the customer service sucked. I just wish more companies were like Chewy. I will always order my pet products through them.

Chewy shows a loyalty to its customers that is rare in this day and age. My 13 year old coonhound passed away, and I was left with bags and boxes of leftover dog diapers, dog potty pads, and high-calorie senior dog food. I called Chewy to stop the last order and I was shocked by their kindness. 1. they refunded me for items that I had opened in the days before my dog passed. 2. when asked if and how I could return unopened items, they simply asked me to pay it forward by donating it to my local shelter to prevent me any hassle of returns, and 3. to my surprise, they sent me a bouquet of flowers for my family's loss within 48 hours! This is an incredibly caring company who I will recommend to all!

In 2020, along with the pandemic and all its side effects I have lost two beloved animals this year; a boxer named Gracie at 9-1/2 years and a sweet Chihuahua named Bailey at 15-1/2 years. I informed Chewy (Noah) that I would not be needing the small disposable belly bands for Bailey any more and I had forgotten to cancel them off my auto-ship. It was immediately handled with sympathy and my account was credited for belly bands I had ordered in April and could no longer use. Okay, I thought WOW, good customer service. But the absolute epitome of customer service is when you receive flowers and a sympathy card from them for your loss(es). Thank you Chewy.com for your excellent, sympathetic and outstanding customer service and thanks Noah for being such a blessing to their customers.
