Had an issue with a litter box coming damaged as well as missing a little filter insert. As it was my first order with them I was not impressed, and bummed because it was an expensive box and I didn’t want to go through the return process. However, upon calling them (the number went directly to a person!) I was able to get it refunded (or a new one sent) without any hassle. I will definitely be giving them more of my business.

I ordered a Frisco 17 oz. Pawsitive Vibes slim water bottle from Chewy.com as a gift. I was extremely pleased with the quality. The template was really cute, and they also had several other cute templates to choose from. The photo was sharp and the colors were true. Would definitely buy another photo water bottle from Chewy as a gift or for myself.

I have been using chewy for 2.5 years (since we got our fur baby) and I have nothing bad to say about them. They are amazing, great prices and everything is here in 1-2 days. I never thought I could love them more until today! We got a surprise package with a hand painted picture of my baby on it and an appreciation card. Chewy will forever be my go to!

We have used chewy for years and will always choose them over anyone else. They have the best customer service and they go up and beyond for you. We had two dogs brother and sister and they were 15. We had to put Milo down in February for heart failure and Zoey just this past Friday due to stage 4 lymphoma. 5 months apart. Chewy will always be our number one pet supplier for the future

I’ve recently got a pup and I cannot believe how amazing Chewy is. My packages arrive faster than my amazon packages. I’ve accidentally ordered the wrong sizes for things and the customer service is impeccable. SO fast at responding and SO courteous. I will recommend to everyone I know with a pet. If you’ve had a bad experience in the past I encourage you to try again. I’ve yet to be disappointed.

Just wanted to say thank you Chewy.com. I called the company today explaining that I was minding my sister’s puppy since the end of June as she was in an accident and in rehab. I told them I think she’s getting a recurring order as I just saw a receipt and that we still have plenty of food. She put the the automatic 6 week shipments on hold until December and refunded her, although the order had already shipped. Further, she said to keep the order as we could use a break. That was so kind! Thank you.

I have been ordering from Chewy for my dog for some time now. I am amazed at how fast they ship my order. It started with ordering some dog treats, then canned dog food because it was so much cheaper than I could get it locally and now my dogs prescription medication. It was so easy and much cheaper to order from Chewy. I don't have to go out to a crowded store and sometimes a wasted trip, my local stores wouldn't have what I wanted. Now everything ships right to my front door.. it is tracked and I get a notice when my order is delivered. I will be buying from Chewy from now on and telling my pet owning friends they should check it out. It is easy, less expensive and delivered to your door super fast. I can't get a letter mailed to me from my own town as fast as Chewy can deliver. Very pleased.
