Had a good experience, after 15% auto ship discount and free shipping it was slightly cheaper than my local store. It would be nice if the 15% applied to all future auto ship orders instead of just the first like some other online pet food stores have. Shipping was fast, my order arrived within 4 days.

Ordering was easy and my order arrived a day or two later. I thought the prices wee reasonable as well.

I was happy to finally find a company who had this product. I have been feeding my dog this food for 14 years with emmense success. My only problem is other than the disappointment in not getting this food directly from the mfg is that no one they distribute to hardly carries the freeze dried product. I have to tell you that the sleeve I opened for my dog yesterday was extremely hard. It is usually pliable and fresh smelling. This is uncharacteristic of this product and do not know what to think about it. The ex date was OK, so again I don't know what to think. I am disappointed in the mfg because they were not helpful with telling me whom may have enough product to send me. I would really not like to change my dog as, again, his success on this food is phenomenal. I will give you a short testomonial: He is a 14 year old Bishon, never has any health problems, no hot spots, has great coat; shiny and thick, wonderful vitality, teeth and poops only once a day unless he has has something else to eat and no bad breath. I know it is the food!

Service was good - price and delivery on time. The product, however, arrived appearing as though it had been crushed. There are very few "squares" of liver or chicken, just small pieces. I cannot hand feed it to the dog - just have to pour it out in his dish or on the floor. Don't know if this is your fault or if it was damaged in shipping.

Still weening my puppy off of puppy chow so this BIG bag of food show last awhile. Chatted with a rep and found out I could change the auto delivery if needed. That put my mind at ease! She is growing so fast and is a happy puppy. We must be doing something right!! :)

I like the fact that I was able to have my dog's food delivered to my door. The downside and I think it really should be changed is that Natura Pet has a frequent buyer program that your customers should also be a part of. It is the reason that my other dog's food is not on this order. I get hers at the store where they keep track of yor purchases for you and then when you reach 10 bags they give you the envelope with the UPC labels and you just have to mail it in. Because of this I may not continue with your site and just get my male dog's food at the store as well. That way I will reach 10 bags sooner.

good experience but the bag had a pretty big tear in it,hopefully it did not lower the quality or freshness of the expensive food.

I was surprised how long it took to receive our order, but the 4th of July holiday might be the issue. Our shipment came in good shape & we are happy Encore Pets will get a donation from you.
