I can not say enough about how wonderful Chewy is! I have been a customer for 5 or 6 years. Their service is so fast, their choice of products can’t be beat. Where they truly shine is their customer service. Over the years I’ve talked to several of their employees. Each one was phenomenal. Several days ago I lost my 11 year old cavalier and best friend. I called chewy to cancel my future auto ships. I wish I could remember the young mans name because he was a very special person. I told him why I was canceling future shipments and he was so sympathetic and kind. Today I got a knock on my door and a florist delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Chewy! I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen! What a wonderful company.

I have used Chewy for years! The price is often slightly better than store prices but the availability is far greater. I can but DO NOT use the online feature to purchase my products because the Customer Service is amazing. Every CS rep treats me like I am both a friend and my pet is their favorite hair person in the world. I feel that by using the online purchase option, Chewy might feel it is in the Companys best bottom line interest to reduce the CS reps. Yesterday at 1:16 I called Chewy to order two 28 LB bags of dog food and a bottle of shampoo. Today at 11 am I found the order at my front door. I have no idea how early it was delivered. You dont get CS like that anywhere else. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Chewy has been our go to for our pet supplies for years. I have never had a bad experience. They are extremely customer friendly and helpful. We auto-ship my dog's food and it is never late and I can easily adjust the time frame if needed. This has been by far the best company I have dealt with in recent years in regard to phone and on line service. Bonus Holiday Cards too :-)

My family & I love Chewy.com! It was so convenient to set up an automatic shipment schedule, & they were always right on time (except during the beginning of the Covid pandemic, our order was delayed, but, when I contacted them, they apologized & sent us a check for $25 off of our order). Our dog recently died & our monthly shipment arrived the day after she passed. I contacted them about returning the items since we didn't even open the box. They refunded the money for the order & said to donate the food & treats to a shelter in the memory of our dog. Customer service at Chewy.com is excellent, & I would recommend them to all pet owners out there. It's convenient & reliable & they offer prescriptions, toys & other pet needs, too.

I am a new customer to Chewy.com and they have definitely won me over. Very quick response for my prescription dog food. Very quick to delivery and auto ship is the most wonderful thing. I recently had ordered the correct brand, but not the correct type of food my dog needed. That quick, they refunded my account and I was able to put in an order for the correct kind right away. I cannot say enough good things about Chewy.com and my experience with them.

Chewy does an excellent job of taking care of its customers. I recently purchased a pair of dog boots for my thirteen-year-old golden retriever. Before she had a chance to wear them she passed away. I figured I would try to return them to Chewy and maybe get some money back. Instead, they insisted I donate them to an animal organization and refunded all of my money. This was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. They also sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as well. A company that would do that for their customers shows a deep level of compassion that must be repaid and I felt compelled to write this review after that. The products and services this company provides are far above average. The prices are good and overall I could not be happier. Chewy has earned themselves a life-long customer.

Chewy is a beautiful company to do business with. A few days ago I called to place an order for my new dog. During the conversation I mentioned that I'd lost my precious dog, Shotgun. The rep was so attentive. Well today a dozen roses was delivered to my home, curtsey of Chewy!!! How thoughtful!! I was so surprised I couldn't believe it. Thank you Chewy for going above and beyond for your customers. Your service is great, but your heart ❤️ is bigger.
