Had two separate orders that was sent to same address, both said they were delivered at 1:50 in the afternoon yet neither were at my place. Called fedex which is who was suppose to deliver them and got the run around. I was told by fedex it could take up to 2-3 weeks to get my money back. I ordered 2 flea collars which my dogs are allergic to flea dander and chew severely on themselves to where they pull their hair out and are bald. Anyways after getting no where on the first day with fedex the second day i call chewy, both ladies i spoke with were amazing. Within 5 minutes and no questions asked and tons of apologizing from them they stated they have this problem with fedex often. I dont hold that against them because again no issue what so ever they sent out both flea collars again. This is the best customer service i have ever received, i will do business with them again because of this. Thank you chewy !!!

I was overwhelmed by the customer care Chewy provided. Last week I ordered a case of prescription specialty canned food for my dog vs. going to our Vet for it weekly. Our dog had been having health issues and we were trying all we could to get him better. The food arrived in 36 hours, on Thursday Aug. 13th. Unfortunately our dog died the next day. I emailed Chewy to inquire if I could return the unopened case of food for a refund. Andrea responded promptly with such kind sympathy, refunded the money to my card and told me not to worry about a return. She shared I might donate the food to a local animal shelter in my dog's name; which I will. And I will support Chewy if we get another furbaby in the future. I was so pleased with their care and sympathy during a heartbreaking time for us, and will recommend Chewy to anyone!

I just ordered a couple things off of chewy for the very first time. And I was amazed with how quickly it came. The products are great and good quality. I would highly recommend this app to anyone. I'm a new dog owner and I will definitely be using chewy again! It is a little pricey but I think well worth it!

The ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sell pet solutions and still shop here for specific items. If I have an issue, no questions asked, they replace it. The few issues I had were their suppliers but they didn't hesitate to offer more than I expected.

Faster shipping than Amazon! I Love Chewy. I ran out of cat food and Poor Rayban wasn’t happy. It was during COVID. I ran out on Friday night and ordered from Chewy. I figured Rayban wouldn’t starve if he ate just his snacks for a few days. Usually Chewy ships 2 days, the problem was the second day was Sunday, so I was a bit worried. Well just as I was deciding whether to venture out to the store on Saturday, a Chewy box showed up on my porch! ONE DAY AFTER I ORDERED! What?!? Chewy, you are amazing!

I have been using Chewy for 3 years. They are fast, well-priced (especially on prescriptions) and were very kind and helpful when my pup's meds got delayed in the mail. They sent a replacement immediately and expedited it without charging me extra. It's also great having big bags of dog food right on my doorstep so I don't have to lift and drag them around.

If I could give them 10/10 I would! They are affordable and I love how much they care about their customers. I have been through a lot these past few months and could not afford to pay for my dogs vitamins; they really helped me out!

I want to start out by saying that this is not an advertisement, but merely just a very pleased customer's experience with a company that went above and beyond and that deserve recognition. After my mother's cat passed away on Wednesday, she asked me to call Chewy, the company where we get cat food and toys delivered to us from, to ask for a refund for the hundred dollars worth of items purchased. After talking to their customer support representative, Jessica, who offered her condolences, she reassured me that nothing needed to be done and that they would return the money without requiring us to return the items which, as you can imagine, brought my mother to tears. Fast forward to today and an unexpected delivery shows up at the door, gift wrapped, and inside was a beautiful assortment of flowers in a glass vase from Chewy. Their actions really touched our hearts and made me want to share this with all of you as I often don't find much compassion or empathy from larger companies these days. I know there may be some that insist this is a marketing strategy and I would be happy to concede that point, however it doesn't diminish the generosity they have shown us. Anyway, dats my story, have a great day and stay safe :)
