I have been with chewy for a long time, this company is very compassionate about you and your pet. You will not find another caring company like them. They are the best.

I’ve always loved their service and how fast they are but holy cow! I had an order shipped and delivered but I never saw the package. I messaged them and within 5 hours they responded with “a replacement package is on its way” I open the door the very next day and BOOM the new package is there. I hope this company doesn’t change their customer service effort. It’s nice to see a company actually care about their customers for once

I just had the most touching, phenomenal experience with a business that I have ever had. I have to reach out and share this with others so that everyone will know that this company has a heart. I have been using the Autoship feature at Chewy.com for awhile and have been having some problems with forgetting to cancel things I have too much of. However, this became a real problem when my elderly cat passed and I suddenly had all her medications and diapers arrive at the house 2 weeks later. I contacted Chewy to see how to return just these items and informed them about my kitty. They refunded the entire $350 order and sent me a very nice note. Imagine my surprise today though when a lovely bouquet of flowers arrived at my door! "Condolences at the loss of your dear kitty".

I ordered wet and dry cat food and a toy for my fur baby yesterday. It was delivered this morning! Wow, am I impressed. I was surprised to see a wonderful selection of wild bird seed. I'll be placing my order in the near future.

Had a delivery of dog food that said it arrived at my house and hadn't. The great people at Chewy.com replaced order and expedited shipping. Thank you so much. Great company and I am a loyal customer.

I bought a harness for my puppy and it wasn't what I expected when I received it. I sent an email requesting to return that item and buy a different one. Within 24 hours, they had processed my return & refund, placed the order for the different item, and waived the shipping charges. Not only that - but they didn't ask me to return the original harness - they said to DONATE it to a local animal rescue or shelter. This is the best customer service I've ever had. They've made a loyal customer out of me for sure!

I notified Chewy to cancel my dog’s prescription yesterday and today I received a bouquet with a condolence card from Chewy. We all need to support Chewy as they are an outstanding and compassionate company. I will continue to order all of my pets needs from Chewy. Thank you. Denise Maile

I recently ordered for the first time and what I received was not what I purchased. Which was inconvenient. They not only made things right the let me keep the package I got and resent my purchase also added a full refund. I am totally blown away with the great customer service. I will definitely be ordering again and will recommend to all!
