I had to but my 1 year old kitty, Oreo, to sleep last week. Iam devastated. I had him since he was 4 weeks old. He had bad kidneys and it was in his best interest to let him go. I had a auto ship subscription with chewy and has received an order a day or two after he passed. I called chewy asking to return the items and to cancel my auto ship. I told them about Oreo and they were so helpful. They not only gave me full refunds but told me to keep and donate that stuff I received. Then to my surprise they sent me a beautiful flower arrangement with a card telling me how sorry they were. I just want anyone ready this to know how wonderful they are as a company.

They went above and beyond. I made a mistake and stopped and auto ship too late. I even filed a complaint thru PayPal and lost. They overrode all of that and called me twice to say they would refund me. They stopped one shipment on the truck and told me to keep the litter free of charge!! What company does that???? They rock!!!!!! So awesome and when my finances get a little better I will be a great customer again!!! Thank you Chewy!!!

I have used Chewy for years and have always received my products quickly and as expected. The couple of order problems I have had were handled easily by a cheery service person. 100% satisfaction I am shocked by some of the reviews about customer service. I guess there is always one bad apple. I rarely write reviews and Chewy is amazing and I wanted to let you know you can trust your pet in their hands.

This is my second time purchasing at Chewy.com for a horse-related order. I placed the order yesterday afternoon and according to the tracker, it's out for delivery today. That's quite the turnaround! I assume that the warehouse was only a state or two over but it's pretty impressive that they're processing and shipping my order same-day. They also have great prices on a LOT of horse items (and horse items tend to be very expensive) and they do offer free shipping over a certain amount and I was NOT charged for freight shipping which was awesome (would be at least $20 in freight from other companies I looked at for a 10lb item). Very happy with my purchases.

I have used chewy for years for my dogs seizure medicine. I have always received great service and prompt shipments. I moved and forgot to give them my new address. I made a order through paypal for 80 dollars. Unfortunately it went to my old address on file at chewy. I called them and they sent me another order for free. I eventually got my order that was shipped to the wrong address and chewy told me I could keep it. Wow what more could you expect!

I have ordered several items through chewy.com and LOVE this site!! Typically, I order and have my package within 2 days, except when my order requires a prescription approval (you have to wait for your vet to ok). The med I order are typically received within 4-5 days. Would definitely recommend this site!!

I live in NYC, so trying to carry big cases/ bags of food around is hard so I turned to Chewy to have everything delivered. They ship out everything so quickly and I've never had any issues! My last order that contained food for my cat had unfortunately been stolen by someone from my front steps and Chewy was able to replace the stolen items with no questions asked and I had my replacements within a few days! Even though the world is tough right now, this made me very happy.

I never write reviews because I just don’t put the time aside to write one but I wanted to write one this time because I felt like they earned it. I have been a customer of Chewy for years. I buy a lot of food, toys, bedding, tick/flea treatments from them because they are often cheaper than Petsmart/Petco and have 1-2 day shipping. I always get free shipping because I buy at least $60 worth of stuff each time. Even if you do pay for shipping the items arrive quickly and I never have an issue with quality or damages. What made me want to write this review was from a plug in water fountain I bought recently from them that had great reviews and cost me about $30. I bought it for me 2 cats and after about 1.5-2 weeks of attempting to get my cats to drink from it they were still too terrified so I decided to just give up and go back to a regular water bowl. I contacted Chewy to simply find out if I was able to return the item and get a refund despite using it. Without any hesitation, I was contacted by a man named Marcus and he was fully happy to help me and issued me the refund immediately after he received my message. He refunded me for the extra filters I bought too. In addition, he said “feel free to donate the fountain to a local animal shelter or to anyone who might want a water fountain for their pet” instead of having me ship it back to them. I’m not sure if that was for customer convenience or maybe it wasn’t worth having to sanitize it to resell it (I don’t know) but I was very pleased in the level of cooperative customer service I received and wanted everyone to know that Chewy is a great company. This is why I continue to be a customer because they show they care and are willing to work with you. I also bought a feeder a while ago that came broken and after sending a message to ask for a replacement, they sent me a replacement 1-2 days later without any additional cost and told me to just keep the one I had that was broken (the lid was cracked). Overall I have been happy with my interactions with Chewy.
