Wonderful customer service! I ordered a goodie box for my cat, and didn’t receive one of the toys. Wasn’t a big deal, but I contacted customer service just to see if I could get the toy. They answered back within one hour, and sent a whole entire new goodie box! I was incredibly amazed, as I didn’t expect anything back. All of my orders have been received within a week, if they haven’t been back ordered!

I used chewy for all of my dogs, we were always satisfied with the products, the customer service, and the shipping time. Sadly over the weekend, two of my boys passed and we received a package today. I emailed chewy to discuss a return and thank them for being a part of my dogs lives. They were extremely sweet and comforting, they asked me to share pictures of my boys for us all to remember them, and expressed their condolences to my family and I. They also processed my refund and asked me to donate my package to a local animal shelter or rescue rather then send it back to them. Chewy was a great experience for my pets and myself.

It’s so rare in this day and age to find a company with a heart. Chewy has the biggest heart. Upon The passing of 1 of my fur babies, I contacted Chewy to ask for a refund on 1bottle of her medication, I had recently purchased 2 bottles 1 was opened the other not. Chewy refunded the cost of both bottles and didn’t request the unopened one back. I donated all the meds to a local shelter. The next day, a flower arrangement was delivered to me from Chewy. What company does this? Chewy does this, this company cares about people and animals. If you don’t shop here yet, you should. I will forever be a customer. Thank you Chewy.

I love Chewy they are the best company around. I lost my Shepherd 2 months ago and I called Chewy to take his food off auto ship. Not only did they take it off they refunded the money from the last bag I bought and told me to donate it to a shelter. They sent me flowers on the passing of my Shepherd as well, I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. I just bought 2 dog beds and they aren’t going to work so I called and they told me to donate them and refunded my money for those. Do NOT listen to ANY bad reviews this company is wonderful I only buy from them because I love them and they have been great to me..

I called Chewy to cancel a prescription order that had just shipped, due to my dog passing away earlier in the day. Of course at that point I did not care about my refund I just could not bare to receive a package for my little one that was no longer with me. The customer service representative was very understanding and cancelled it. Two days later the company sent me flowers/roses in a vase with a card letting me know to reach out if I needed anything. This company really cares about their customers. It was very heart warming during a difficult time.

I contacted customer service with regard to a product that arrived damaged. The customer service was excellent, and problem was resolved immediately. More importantly, the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant, friendly, lighthearted and knowledgeable. We talked about our love for animals, he just made my night! I will continue to order from them, based solely on the conversation and personal attention I received.

In all of my years, I have never had this type of amazing customer service. I ordered a bag of prescription kidney diet dog food for our 15 year old dachshund. He was in kidney failure. Unfortunately, a week after placing the order, we had to put our dog down. I emailed Chewy and asked if there was any way I could return the unopened bag. I received an immediate response that they would credit my account for the dog food, and asked that I donate it to a local pet shelter. Reggie also included the most beautiful poem in honor of our dog. I will be a customer of Chewy for LIFE!!
