Chewys customer service and prices can't be beaten. I read the reviews for a harness I wanted to buy and the reviews said to order a size up! big mistake, the harness was too big. I called customer service and they refund my money and kindly asked me to donate the harness to a local shelter. I'm also impressed with their fast shipping, especially because I need it my puppy lice and flea medicine. chewy 10/10!!

We began using Chewy when our cat was put in a prescription diet, a few months later, our dog was also placed on a prescription diet. By using chewy, we not only saved money, we received top notch service, we didn’t know how top notch though until recently. When our beloved baby passed away, chewy not only allowed us to donate all of his dog food, they sent us flowers and a beautiful note sharing their condolences for our loss. What a wonderful and moving gift to receive, it was unexpected and very much appreciated. We will continue to use chewy and would strongly recommend them to everyone. What a great company!

I needed an order re-sent because it was delivered to my old address by mistake (no fault of chewy). I called & received my order the very next day, no charge). Very happy with chewy's service!

I have been ordering from chewy for many years and even when COVID started they tried their best to get shipments out to me. If shipments were late and I had to purchase food, I submitted receipt to them and was reimbursed. But what prompted me to write this review was the amazing concern I received from their customer service when I called and asked if I could send back a new case of food I had received , never opened and would not be able to use because my dog died. Not only was she sympathetic, I did receive a full refund and was asked to donate the cans to a local shelter but today I received the most beautiful bouquet of roses and carnations with a heartfelt note from the rep and chewy.com. Never have I experienced this kindness from a mail order company. This was above and beyond and I am truly grateful they took the time to brighten what was really not a good day.

Have ordered from Chewy for special food for our dog for the last few years. Customer service, shipping times and response are absolutely first rate , and we will always use Chewy in the future.

Chewy brightened my day with an unforgettable experience! I spoke with Victoria at Chewy a few days ago and she asked how my 2 cats were doing. Sadly My loving cats had died. I adopted another cat since then. Victoria expressed her condolences and 3 days later I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers expressing there sympathies. Thank you for the thoughtfulness. Carol

I don't normally spend time writing reviews, but the service I received today certainly has me writing one. I received my order of cat litter and canned cat food today. At first, I was disappointed because litter was EVERYWHERE. After opening the box, I noticed that the bag of cat litter had been cut open. I decided to call Chewy and let them know. My disappointment very quickly turned into amazement. I received PHENOMENAL customer service. The customer service rep (Asterid) was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, and caring! I was told that a new bag of cat litter would be sent to me free of charge. Needless to say, I DEFINITELY recommend ordering from Chewy! Their products are great, orders ship fast, and their customer service is wonderful!

This has got to be the best place ever .... I've ordered a number of things and not once have I had a problem. I had bought joint medicine for my Pug, she was having a bit of mild side effects and when I let them know they were willing to take back the joint medicine. I did not send it back I gave it to a friend and their dog was fine. Chewy wrote me 2 days later to make sure Sassy was better. WHO DOES THIS.... Chewy does and I absolutely love them.
