I created another account because I forgot my old one and forgot about autoship. I got an order of a few things I did not need. I called them at 2 am(I love the 24-hour help) to ask for a return label. I talked to Lauren and explained my dilemma. She was sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. They told me that at that particular moment if I knew someone I could donate to or send the few items to a shelter that is what they wanted me to do. I love a company that cares about animals more than the just the money. Chewy is a wonderful and caring company. I will never shop anywhere else!!!!

I placed an order over Labor Day weekend and it was delivered very quickly (the day after Labor Day), however it was the wrong item. I called customer service right away and there was hardly a wait time for the phone call. I explained what happened and was able to keep the incorrect item which I donated, received a complete refund and they overnighted the correct item to me. Yes, someone screwed up a little at the warehouse, but they went above and beyond to fix the issue. Thank you Chewy.com!

Chewy has everything you could need at a lower price! I get my heart worm and flea/tick meds here they are 1/2 the price of my Vet.

Well, I’m not a cryer, but Chewy got me this morning. I had to call Chewy yesterday to cancel Domino’s prescriptions since we had to put her to sleep on Monday. 😢. This is what I received from Chewy this morning. A rose for every year Domino lived. How thoughtful of them. I’ve loved Chewy for several years. Their delivery is so fast. Orders are always correct. Every time you call you talk to another human, no computer to wrestle thru. Prices are great. But this is above and beyond. I talked with Shannon yesterday and I was so warmed with her caring, but I never expected this. If you have a pet you love you need to try Chewy.com. Thank you Shannon. We have used Chewy's for several years. This month we lost our wonderful Portuguese Water dog named Violet. I was not paying attention and we received an auto ship order for 6 cases of dog food. I contacted Chewy's to find out if they would allow us to return the order. They were so kind and without any question gave us a full refund plus instead of returning the cases, they asked if we would donate them to a dog/animal shelter. That was great. BUT -- even more amazing is that tonight when I got home, there was a bouquet of flowers waiting that had been sent from Chewy's (and it came from the really nice florist in the neighborhood)!!! The note was heartfelt and so sweet. They have won a customer for life. Well done Chewy's. Doug Dorsett
