I just want to say that I just spoke with Sandra and she is amazing! We live in the Pacific Northwest, which is all on fire right now so, we were evacuated from our home on 9/9/20. I didn't realize that our order had already shipped on Friday. I spoke with Sandra today and she was a huge help not only for my dog food order but, helped me with something to calm our cats that are stressed because they aren't home. Chewy is just amazing. Awesome. Incredible. We had to put our dog down due to physical ailments. Chewy sent us a flower arrangement with card expressing condolences. What company does that!!? We are SO grateful. We were already committed customers. Now I will go WAY beyond and actively recruit customers. Any company that shows that degree of customer service deserves your business

The customer service Chewy.com provides goes above and beyond. I have purchased all my pet food through this company for years. If there's ever an issue, they take care of it with no questions asked. Recently, I lost my beloved dog and the representative that helped me sent the nicest sympathy note along with flowers ordered through FTD. I was blown away by this kind gesture. Every day I find yet another AMAZING act of KINDNESS ABOUT CHEWY. Last month THREE of my friends lost their dogs to Doggie Heaven. Chewy sent each of them a bouquet of flowers for their loss. I purchased a stuffed animal which my 22 lb Pup destroyed. I wrote a review gently stating my disappointment. This morning I received an email advising me they have credited the full amount to my card. CHEWY YOU’RE ONE AMAZING COMPANY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐶❤️ THANK YOU FOR BEING SPECTACULAR ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

An excellent store. Shipping is fast and reliable. I got stuck with almost no food and within 2 days my order was at my doorstep. Autoship works well (Often I move the scheduled shipment to suit my needs with no problem at all. It is a better option than going to the vet, paying more and carrying that heavy bag home!

We recently lost our 10 year old yellow lab to cancer and our family has been devastated by the loss of our first baby. In the grief, I completely forgot to remove his special food from our autoship until I received an email that it was already on its way. It was totally my fault for forgetting to update it but I reached out to see if I might be able to return it for a refund (keeping my expectations low). I spoke with a gentleman named Cody via chewy.com chat and he quickly offered his sincere condolences and issued a full refund. After thanking him profusely, I asked how I should return the bag once it was received to which he replied “please just donate the bag of food to a local dog shelter of your choosing”. I was blown away. I thanked him again and I ended the chat feeling like it was one of the best customer experiences I had ever had. That is until I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers the very next day and the card read: “Thinking of you in this tough time, and our deepest sympathies go out to you. If you need anything, we’re always here. Love Cody from chewy.com” Chewy.com has a customer for life, folks!! They know how to take care of pets and their humans! Thank you Cody, you are amazing and your kindness brightened up our day.

Unfortunately our beloved Golden Retriever, Shelby, passed away on Labor Day. I had ordered a new bed for her a couple days earlier. Customer service tried to redirect the shipment but it arrived at our house yesterday. When I called to ask about returning the bed I was told my card would be credited and I could donate the bed. During both my conversations with customer service they were so compassionate and caring. Today we received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and kind words of sympathy for our loss from chewy.com. I cannot express how much this meant to us. Thank you Mequail and the other employees at Chewy. You are fantastic and greatly appreciated.

I've been purchasing cat food from chewy for a couple of years now. Customer service always responds in a timely manner and with courtesy. Never had an issue that hadn't been resolved. Shipping is quick and prices are good. I started purchasing items here because I didn't have a car and those bags of food were too heavy to carry from petsmart but now that I do I still dont see anyone else I'd prefer to buy with. Never disappointed.
