I ordered from Chewy for the first time the other day, and the ordering process was absolutely wonderful. However, the (big name) company they use to ship their products through delivered my package to the wrong address. After attempting to contact the shipping company, I finally just called chewy. They were so helpful and immediately took care of me by resending my full order free of charge. They did all the work for me and even express shipped my package. I’m so thankful and I will definitely be using them again.

What an amazing company! Not only do they have some of the best items at the greatest prices for our pets but they have THE best return policy of any large company. I had purchased dog food that one of my girls ended up being allergic to and I forgot to cancel the auto order of the next shipment. They not only refunded the money but told me that I could donate the food I just received!

So glad we found this Company! I’ve ordered from Chewy about 5 times, and will be more frequently now that a puppy joined our family! The deals are comparable to Amazon but the quality is much better - no excess glue on the toys or non-Vet approved dog toothpaste, for example. My impression is that everyone at this company loves animals. We even received a happy birthday postcard for our dog’s birthday. Only once was an item missing from my shipment, and when I called customer service about it they sent it free with next day shipping - it arrived on our doorstep within 24 hours. Another time, I put in a large order and a few hours later I wanted to add in a product I had forgotten. When I called customer service to ask if it was too late to update my order, they helped me add in the product I wanted with the SAME discount and fast shipping as the rest of my order! We are very happy customers and are excited to continue ordering from them in the future. Thanks for keeping our pup happy!

Chewy is a great service for pet owners. They have better prices and better selection than the brick and mortar stores and their customer service is great. Our orders are always prompt and the one time that we had an issue, they quickly fixed it at no cost to us with only the minor inconvenience of having the issue in the first place.

Hands down the best customer support I’ve encounter in a long time. I spoke with Gail who was very understanding, polite, had great energy, and made me feel like I was speaking with a friend. I didn’t feel as though I was speaking with a typical customer service representative. Gail was outstanding and extremely helpful. I’ve dealt with a lot of shipments being delayed from the effects of COVID-19. Most of the customer service departments I’ve dealt with during this time have been allowing this stressful situation to affect how they speak to customers. Not Chewy though. Chewy’s customer support team is fantastic and the Chewy brand is always thinking of my pets. Even from the little birthday cards we get in the mail every year. Thank you Chewy team! -Ashley A.

We used Chewy for over 2 years. Once during that time we received a damaged box full of our cat’s food and called Chewy to tell them. They replaced the damaged box with no hassle. Just last week our beloved cat of 15 years went to live with the Lord. I called Chewy to discontinue the auto delivery. Today a bouquet of flowers appeared at our door from them sharing their sympathy for our loss. There are always problems with a delivery service, but in our book Chewy is the best!

I am writing this review for my parents , I have to say chewy has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for them ! There dog passed away shorty after receiving her food they had ordered, they called to see if they could return it for a credit, not only did they refund there money chewy told them to just donate the food to an animal shelter AND THEY SENT FLOWERS to offer there condolences, I personally think that was the sweetest thing in the world, thank you chewy you are appreciated and will always have the business from our family and friends!

I having been buying my cat’s diabetic food for about 8 months now. Shipments have always on time. Unfortunately I had to have the cat put down due to medical issues. I called chewy to cancel the auto shipment and told the girl why. The next day I had a delivery of flowers sent to my home saying they were sorry for the loss. This company has gone above and beyond to please their customers and I thank them very much Dan Thibault
