Chewy customer service really impressed me! They resolved my problem super quickly and completely and were extremely kind and friendly. I'm very grateful for their care and concern for their customers experience and I will be ordering from them much more often!

I wish I could give Chewy a 10-star rating. Over the years I've ordered online from Chewy for my various pets, and have received excellent shipping service and customer service - without exception. On numerous occasions I've needed to call with questions, and always have been very impressed by the friendly and helpful assistance I've received. Really over the top. This past week I've also learned how truly compassionate their staff is. I am mourning the death of my dog who's been my constant companion for almost 15 years. I had just purchased some special dietary food for him, and they immediately refunded the money to my credit card and allowed me to donate the unused food to my favorite animal shelter. I also received heartfelt messages of condolence. This is a company that cares as much for pet parents as they do our pets. Please support them if you can. Chewy hires good people.

Chewy has *the best* customer service. I've been a customer for years, and they always answer the phone with a live human being who speaks excellent English, 24/7. It's nearly unheard-of these days, in which most website don't even list their phone numbers anymore. I saw a few of the reviews about people having issues with Fed Ex deliveries-- Those are issues with Fed Ex and I've experienced them too. When I called Chewy, they did everything they could from their end to rectify the situation. Fed Ex on the other hand, is miserable. Chewy has helped me reverse charges, even after products have shipped and I didn't remember my autoship. They have helped me figure out the best pet foods, and sent me cards on my pets' birthdays, and condolences when I let them know my pets have passed. They are truly unmatched in the caring department. The only other company I know who comes close is SmartPak Equine. Anyway, came here to leave my five glowing and appreciative stars.

Chewy’s always go above and beyond. We haven’t had to contact their customer service often but each time we have, we’ve been pleasantly surprised by our experience. One time we had a bag of food we didn’t need we wanted to return. They told us to keep it and donate it to a local shelter but gave us our money back. Most recently we received some sweet potato snacks that had small worms inside. We needed to update our profile as we were trying to get our order returned and informed them that one of our dogs had passed away and needed to be removed. Fast forward a few days later and Chewy sent us a small bouquet of flowers to tell us how sorry they were for our loss. The flowers were a welcomed surprise as they arrived almost one year since he died. I’ve always heard positive things about Chewy and wanted to share my experience here.

I had an issue with one of my orders and reached out to Chewy’s customer service. Honestly, I’ve never experienced such friendly and efficient support! The representative was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make things right — even following up to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares about its customers (and their pets), but Chewy definitely does.

Always satisfied with our Chewy orders; been ordering from them for 4+ years. The one time we received a defective product, I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement package with no questions asked. They send our cats birthday cards every year too - a thoughtful touch.
