Ordering through Mr. Chewy was easy and the dog treats we ordered came quickly. The prices were competitive once the free shipping was figured in. Our collie is completely satisfied with the delivery.

The package came quickly but was open on arrival.

I had ordered two large bags of dog food (2 different brands) on a Friday and was assured I would receive both bags the next day. One bag did arrive the next morning....fortunately it was the one I needed the most, as I only had enough of that brand left for one more meal for my dog that eats it. The other bag did not arrive with the first one....when I looked at the package that had arrived, it was marked 2 of 2. I called to find out why the other bag had not been delivered. I was told it couldn't be shipped (not sure of reason given) but disappointed that I did not receive the full order as promised. I do understand that this can happen...but I would have liked the company to call or email me as a courtesy to inform me of the delay as I was running out of that food also. This was my first order from Mr. Chewy, but I think I am going to give them another try.

Only complaint I have is that one of the bags of Blue Buffalo Cat Food was opened and spilled in the box. Not a big deal but I would prefer to have them sealed properly.

I ordered some wellness kitten food and while the process was super fast and easy I wish the delivery time was a tad quicker. Other then that I will be back!

Good quality pet food and with NO recalls from 2007 studies on the Evo and California Naturals pet food. A couple of cat food cans came dented but they refunded those 2 cans.
