Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Their 1 or 2 day shipping (over $50) is a lie. All of my orders are over $100 and numerous time my shipping will be 5 days. When they split your single order out of two distribution centers and one is on the other coast. They will ship ground. Wake up Chewy, if your combined order is over $50; everything needs to be 1 or 2 days. Not ground 5+ days later.

Today I received my dogs medication, it came in a box 100x larger than needed, inside was 30 loose pills and an empty bottle, these pills were exposed to the moisture and humidity, totally unacceptable, this wasn't the first time, but is definately the last time ordering from Chewy.com!!

I have been a customer of Chewy for 3+ years. Love their people still, but with the pandemic now everything I had on my 3 auto shipments (yes 3) is always out of stock. They emailed that they would fill regular's orders first, but that has not been the case with me. I finally cancelled 2 of my auto shipments already and am using other sites for the products I need. Sorry Chewy I really feel bad writing this review you are a wonderful company just not working for me anymore.

Love the Chewy concept but really tired of the crappy customer service. They screw up 50% of the time. Though I have auto ship I have not seen 2 shipping day service in more than a year. They charge my credit card, but I don't seen the order for a week sometimes. I only get notified that the order is shipping half the time, so I usually have to pick up dog food at the store. Kinda defeats the purpose, doesn't it? I tried to move up the auto ship so not to run out, but it always defaults back to the original time frame. They make me CRAZY.

Website stated product received after 3pm would be shipped out the next business day. Put in my order on evening of Wed, 7/8/20. Called my vet on, Thur. 7/9/20 and verified they confirmed my prescription with Chewy on the evening of 7/8/20. My order remained on pending prescription status through Fri. 7/10/20. Called chewy, a rep put me on hold for approx 8 min or so, then told me my vet had not verified my order and they were having them fax it at that very moment. My order remained in pending status until late morning of Sat. 7/11/20. Called my vet again and verified again they confirmed my prescription Wed (7/8/20) night. Chewy did not honor their process and had me to believe they offered faster services. They also lied about what occurred on my order. My poor yorkie had seizures on her previous flea meds, so we needed a new prescription. She was waiting on her new meds so she could go outside again. The fleas and ticks have been too severe to risk taking her out without protection. Its now Mon. 7/13/20 and i don't have my order; not scheduled to receive it until Wed. 7/15/20. Very disappointed with Chewy's services, and feel deceived by false advertisement and the details of my order. Would not recommend using this company. Update: Order finally received on Tuesday, 7/14/20. Did not deliver by the marketed time frame, and Chewy representatives are not being honest about their service.

Ordered heart-guard for my two dogs through them and there were some issues with my vet not seeing the request for it to be accepted. Contacted chewy and they assured me the issue was solved and not to worry. That order was placed June 19th it is July 9th and I hadn’t gotten the order. I go check on the website and it said cancelled. No one sent me an email. Not a phone call nothing. If you told your customer the issue was fixed and you’d get your products and they are not even informed it was cancelled, i feel is not professional. And to send me the email of it being cancelled the day i called? The girls i talked to were very nice and understanding but whoever cancelled the order without notifying me is not professional. I should’ve listened to my vet when they told me not to order through them.

I was very impressed with the quick order and delivery process however I was exteneky annoyed and unhappy it was all shipped in one box. When I joined they told me they ship up to 60lbs in one box. No where when checkibgbkur does it say that. Know when you get your box you will have to unpack it outside at myself nor my husband get carry it. The box fell apart) as cardboard sadly very strong
