Chewy is absolutely the best! Their customer service is so nice and professional to work with. I have a very large Bernese Mountain dog and I ordered two different harnesses and neither one would fit him, so I called customer service and they refunded my money and told me to donate those ones to a shelter. The customer service representative also went out of her way to help me find a harness that would fit my dog! I love Chewy and I will continue to use them.

My first purchase from Chewy was a travel crate for our new puppy so she could be secured in the car. The locking mechanism didn't work well. I contacted Chewy for help and the next day a replacement was on my porch. My second order for other products was sent out immediately also. I have never received such fast service and the products are great. I'm so happy to find this great company for my new puppy.

Shout out to Chewy.com!!!! This summer our dogs were having some weight issues and we moved to a wellness food for them, ordering from Chewy.com. The prices were fair, shipping free & fast so we made our 3rd order a few days ago. Today Fed-X left our box at the graveled entry of our property, 300 feet from our home. I retrieved the box 2 hours after delivery and it was full of ants...everything had ants. My husband and I carefully opened and assessed what could be saved and what could not. I called them......explained what I was able to save and what I could not. Chewy's is sending me a 2nd complete order, all of it, everything again!!!! Told me that if it was too much to store to please donate to a shelter, a $76 value. Customer Service is alive and well at Chewy.com!!!!

I have been a Chewy Customer for many many years. We had both a Yorkie and A Maltese. We loved them like children and gave them the best of everything. Unfortunately we lost my Bailey last November and Diamond 2 days ago. I want to thank Chewy for the beautiful flowers. Thank you so much, Nancy Calvin

I can't say enough about Chewy.com. My elderly dog recently passed after I had ordered a $60 jar of prescription digestive powder. I called & asked if I could return it. They did one better -- they refunded my money & I didn't have to return it. Then to my surprise Chewy sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers to express their sympathy! Wow! My vet's office where I had spent about $1,000 in 1 month alone didn't do that! What a pleasant surprise! And Chewy has great prices and knowlegeable phone reps. They went above and beyond!!!

I also like the autosend, an that they remind you about your package being send in plenty of time so that if you need to stop or send it at a later date you can.
