Their website is so perfectly setup to make it so very easy to order. Good prices. But most of all, the absolute nicest people on their 'help line', so very pleasant and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience! !

I'm so happy with Chewy atm! I went to 7 stores, trying to find my wet food. Even Walmart was out! Apparently a shortage with the cans... I ordered 5 cases of food and the first came literally 9 hours later! It was cheaper than Walmart. Just got 3 more. 2-3 days, no dragging cases of dog food into the house, thanks, FedEx! Had I known, i would have done this a long time ago! Yay Chewy!

We encountered a perfect storm. We had to switch our credit card, and while I did so for the payment for single orders, the chewy, com web site obscures the fact that doing so will NOT automatically update the payment for their standing orders (autoships). Thus our payment was declined as the standing order was initially going to be placed as it was trying to use the incorrect card. This is a known issue and hopefully will be corrected in the future. Second, one of the prescriptions for the special food our cats need had expired - between a little back-and-forth with the vet's office, we were able to get it resolved within a day. Finally, their customer service rep was very apologetic for the issues we'd encountered and took $20 off the order. Got the package from them the next day after shipment. Can't get better than this and I'll be using them for our cats needs going forward. Well recommended.

My beautiful Siberian husky died of a stroke quite suddenly a few days ago. I had 25 cans of prescription food that I’d bought at Chewy.com, so I called customer service to see if I could return it. This wonderful company’s customer service rep told me to donate the food to a shelter and she credited me for the cost of the food. She wanted to hear a little about my dog and asked how she died. This morning I received the delivery of a vase of beautiful daisies, carnations, roses, and mums with a note of sympathy from the company. My daughter and daughter-in-law were so touched and impressed that they intend to begin using Chewy.com. I really appreciate this business!

Chewy’s has the best customer service of any company I have ever experienced. Orders are always handled in a prompt manner. The couple of times when I had an issue, caused by my error, they took care of it immediately, including the one today. You have a customer for life and will always pass along the word.

This service is AMAZING. I receive my orders timely. You can cancel or change shipments anytime. When my pets have birthdays they send hand written birthday cards. When I was missing an item from a large order they answered the phone within one ring and replaced it immediately. I lobe this service SO MUCH. Thank you, Chewy!

I’ve been using this company for 3 years and it’s been great experience. Fast shipping and variety of products. They have videos for products. It makes it easy to buy. I received cat food with a hole once but they immediately sent me new one.
