I called to cancel one of my bags of dog food they asked why ..I then told them my dog got hit by a car and I had to put him down. They rebursed me for my last bag of food and I came home to a dozen of roses how thoughtful ..I will always cherish this gesture. I went through a very emotional time and that showed me there is still nice caring people out there.

I had an auto ship arrangement for Glucosamine. I never had any problems with that, any or other purchases. Customer service reps are always very friendly and helpful. On 10/20 my dog had to be euthanized. I called shortly after her death, to cancel my auto ship, and inquire if I court return an unopened bottle for a refund. Customer service was outstanding. I surely didn't plan on it, but I burst out crying during this call. The rep was so understanding. I did not have to return the unopened bottle and they refunded my money. To my surprise I received a beautiful flower arrangement, with a very nice message of condolence for the loss of my fur baby. I highly recommend Chewy for all your pets needs. Thank you Chewy.

I have used Chewy for a while now and I absolutely love it. I have a cat who needs prescription cat food and I also have a dog and Chewy has everything I need for both of them - food, treats, toys, litter etc. They even sent my dog a birthday card on his birthday. For someone who works customer service myself that extra step of personal touch says a lot. Their shipping time is excellent and the only time I have ever had a late package was during the early stages of the Pandemic which is completely understandable! I would recommend chewy to anyone with pets.

I only used chewy once for my beloved for baby Gronk. I had to order him prescription urinary track food but unfortunately Gronk passed away. I called chewy and asked him about my return, they told me to donate the food in Gronks name. Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a condolence note on my beloved kitty.
