I had called Chewy.com last week after my dog had passed away to cancel an order and discontinue my auto shipment. The associate I spoke with was so professional, understanding and sympathetic to my loss. Even though I had received my dog's prescription on the day he passed away. Chewy.com processed a refund right away. I'm so appreciative.

I think that chewy is a fantastic company. Fast delivery and great personal touch. I just received my order and some of the products containers were crushed in transit. I order from them all the time so I just drop them a note about it, not expecting anything, Just wanted them to know about the problem. They immediately responded and are sending me a replacement. Thank you. I highly recommend them.

Not to mention they have amazing deals! A couple years ago my family lost our sweet dog named Chewy. The day after he died his auto shipped order of his special food came in. Two boxes of canned food and a big bag of dry food. My mom reached out to chewy.com to let him know about him dying and how to return it, their response? Donate it! They told my mom to donate the food and refunded her the full amount. It was a special diet food so yes, it wasn’t cheap. Then a few days later we got a knock on the door, flowers from chewy.com. They literally sent my family flowers with a card expressing their condolences. This business is awesome and will forever have my business. Thank you for caring about my fur babies Chewy.com!!! I’ve ordered supplies, flea dip, and special diet food for our sweet cat Tai. I called Chewy to cancel the auto ship and broke down crying when I told them that I was cancelling because she had died on October 22, 2020 from complications of FeLV (we adopted her 4 years ago even though she had FeLV). Elizabeth comforted me and was very kind. On October 24th, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a message from Elizabeth. Although I once again began to cry, I was comforted by her kind words on the card and her thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Chewy and Elizabeth. When we are ready to welcome another rescue baby into our home, we will definitely resume as active customers. Lu

I'm astounded at how quickly the order arrived, in just 2 days, and I live in a somewhat remote area. Everything arrived in great condition, and items were exactly as described. It's wonderful to be able to take care of my pets during COVID without shopping in town. I plan to continue with Chewy! Thanks for all you do!

We were hoping to adopt Sofie a pit bull that my daughter had fostered at college. Unfortunately after a week or so at our house and things seeming to be ok, she attacked our 6 yr old medium size dog. I had ordered from Chewy a sweater ready for colder weather and a retractable lead that we had not used yet. I contacted Chewy CS by email and was told the refund was being put on my card and how sorry they were to hear about this and that I can donate the items to a shelter or someone that needs them. What a lovely gesture it really helped me feel less sad about the whole situation. My dog is recovering well just sad to have to return a sweet dog to a rescue place.

A few weeks ago my precious cat Sophia had to be put down. I had a very bad experience with an emergency vet clinic. I have been devastated by this. I've had cats for 42 years. I was ordering cat food and Misrak was helping. I loved talking with her, she was wonderful and helpful. I was so surprised when I received the most beautiful bouquet from Chewy and Misrak. I thank Chewy and Misrak from the bottom of my heart. It was heartwarming for me. I'm sorry my thank you is a bit late. I'm grateful to Misrak and Chewy for so much love shown to me.
