I absolutely love how easy their app is to use! Their customer service is amazing. I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address and they sent me a replacement free of charge. The process for my prescription food is so simple and I love that I can get an auto ship discount. Will keep using!

We have used Chewy for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. We have a dog with severe allergies and have had to troubleshoot foods that she can both tolerate and will eat. Chewy has been great about allowing us to either return items or donate them to a shelter with a full refund. I appreciate this more than I can say.

We have used this company for over 30 years. Yes over the years a little glitch would happen and Chewy would make it right. They are professional and they care about you and your pets but something happened two weeks ago that says everything about this company. We are in our 70’s and over the last 2 years we lost our 5 dogs. They were anywhere from 12 years old to 15 years old and we enjoyed every minute we had. I went on my chewy profile and removed our last dog Duke and explained we had lost him a couple of weeks ago. To our surprise, a beautiful flower arrangement was delivered with a beautiful note saying they were sorry for our loss. Now you won’t find companies like this in today’s world that care about their customers and take the time to let you know. Chewy will always have our business no matter what.
