There is not much to complain about with Mr. Chewy. However as much as I wanted to give them a 5 star rating i couldn't. My order was processed very quickly as if a priority, and sent out with Fedex Ground, much faster than USPS and I received it in one business day. However the packaging protecting my order was unsatisfactory. The food came smashed with a wrinkled bag as if tossed carelessly from a loading dock. On the other hand though this was bound to happen. The box was just way too big for the order and and paper padding was just not enough. Yet even with this setback I will continue to buy from Mr. Chewy which has the best selection around!

Faster shipping, more diverse selection, and better website (slightly) than the competition. I went looking for a new source for my dog's brand, Avoderm, after I couldn't make changes to my repeat delivery on a competitor's site. Mr. Chewy's site is experience is a little basic but it gets the job done and that the most important thing. Improve the design and user flow, up the diversity, and you'll beat the big boys.

I was impressed at how fast I recieved delivery of my order. Althought shipping company must have mishandled the box because is looked a little beat-up when it arrived. Over all very pleased with the service and product pricing

Better price than retail outlets

Took a chance on switchingy cat to raw grain free diet. It's a big cost but mr chewy seemed to be most competitive. Was easy and clear on line ordering and prompt delivery. Will be ordering again. I'm hoping for a return customer discount.....do I have a shot? Btw my cat is NO LONGER STINKY!! Worth the effort!!

Actually used the Chat line. It was easy and the representative was good with answering my questions. Will most likely use it again for both the items I ordered and the use of the customer service, if needed. Thanks.

Shipping was free and quick which is great, however the one-time discount of 15 for auto deliveryis not enough. If I am going to get Auto-del from you, then I want a better deal, otherwise I can go to another site that does provide this.

The Mr. Chewy auto subscription is excellent. I have two dogs, one of them large, and it is so easy to have their food show up at my home when I need it. Easier than lugging it from the store. PLUS it is cheaper than the store too! Glad I found this service!
