good value but they lie on the shipping
The first time I ordered with Mr. Chewy, my stuff arrived about a week later which is okay. The next time I ordered with Mr. Chewy, I noticed the website claimed 2 day shipping. When it took a week for my stuff to come in, I was a little miffed. I don't like to be lied too. If you can't give me 2 day shipping, just say so. It's okay if it means it helps you keep your cost down. just down lie.

Hi Margaret, I completely agree that the transit time for your order was unacceptable. I can assure you that we have been doing everything we can to ensure the fastest delivery times for our customers. We recently discovered that UPS seems to be slower than FedEx when shipping to Texas. So going forward, we will be shipping orders with FedEx when possible.
