I've always enjoyed shopping with Chewy. They offer prescription food at reasonable price. Their shipping is efficient. Their website is easy to use. All-in-all, a good customer experience. That being said, the reason I am writing this review is because of their exceptional customer service. They really show care for your pets and you. My cat would receive birthday cards and Christmas cards. I appreciated the cards, but I also didn't pay too much attention. However, my cat recently passed away. I contacted Chewy to ask if I could return her unopened prescription food. To my surprise, they refunded me the full amount (almost $200!) and told me I could donate the food in my cat's honour. That was extremely sweet and unexpected. Moreover, today, I got an email from my concierge that I received flowers and a card. It's from Chewy and the customer service rep lady! I did not expect this at all, and I thanked this company for showing so much sympathy. It's extremely thoughtful of them, and I will be a returning customer.

This is a company with heart and compassion. I was the Mom to an amazing and wonderful 14 yr old Maltese Sophia who had been sick for the past few years. She was on a lot of medication that I received monthly from Chewy.com. Unfortunately, she passed and is no longer with us.😔 Right after her death, I received her monthly medication delivery. I called to see if I could make a return of the unopened meds. The customer service rep was so kind, loving and compassionate. Not only did they refund my money, they allowed me to donate the meds to the local animal shelter. Amazing, right?!! It doesn't end there. Next, I received a delivery from the local florist of a gorgeous vase of flowers with a sympathy card from Chewy. What company does this?!! They are a company who thinks of the customer first. They are a company made of heart and soul and I will forever be a customer! ❤

I love this company! I recently adopted a puppy and did not know where to start with the necessary items for him. Thank God I found Chewy. All my needs were there and were delivered so quickly in fabulous condition. What an amazing company. Highly recommend you. I am a customer for life. Keep doing what you are doing. I consider myself Chewed!! ❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding customer service. My vet instructed me to use a prescription kibble for my dog's probable food allergy right after I had bought 12 lbs + 12 cans of the food I had been using. I ordered the replacement from Chewy, and the customer service rep very graciously credited the full cost of the unused food to my account, and told me I was free to donate it to my local shelter. She even sent me a receipt to have endorsed by my shelter for tax deduction.

About 5 months ago our Lab was put on prescription dog food. Chewy.com was so helpful is setting up our account, they contacted our vet and helped us set up auto ship at a reduced price so we always had what we needed. I called them yesterday to let them know that our beloved companion had passed away. Not only did they refund the most recent purchase which had just been delivered, but they sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers to our home today. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pet supplies and they will always be my go to merchant. Thank you Chewy!

This company is amazing! Customer service is so polite, professional, and helpful. You can tell they really care about their customers. They have the best selection and delivery could not be faster. This place will always be our go to for our cats essentials. Highly recommend!!

Love love love Chewy! We have been get our cat food delivered from them for over 2 year now and they have been awesome! They care about the animals and their customers! You call them they answer! Would totally recommend them to anyone. Have even saved money with them! Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank-you Chewy.

I wanted to drop a quick review. A friend recommended Chewy to me for my 2 pets. Easter a rabbit and my black cat Toby. Super easy process. You can skip a month I f you have enough. Order pet toys and furniture Everything. A month or so I lost my Easter. He was 10. He lived a long happy life. He was a gift from an Ex. We buried him on a hill in the country on a friend's property with a small headstone I had done. With the Covid flu, work off and on and life matters I forgot to let chewy know. So I wrote them an email stating that my pet had passed and the other was with a close family friend because I just have too much saddness right now. Anyway they sent me a lovely, genuine email apologizing, suggested some tools I could use to get through losing him. Then on a morning while my ex happened to be hanging out I got a beautiful floral arrangement delivered from of all people Chewy!! I almost cried. They sent me this beautiful arrangement knowing I was no longer a customer! I still can't believe the compassion. It brings me almost to tears. They have a spokesman and customer, if I have another pet, for life. A beautiful gesture and very much appreciated 😊.Thank you Chewy.com
