Chewy.com has always been tops in my book. Anyone I talk to there always asks about my pets by name. And if there is ever an issue with my order they tell me to donate to a shelter and they will send me a new product. In today's mail l received, two canvas portraits of my dogs. That blew me away. My dog Quigley was having a really bad day and this just made everything a little brighter. I can't say enough about the compassionate and talented people they have working there.

Chewy is amazing! They have the best prices and make ordering a hundred pounds of dog food easy for this girl! :) PLUS, we had to return some dog food (2 - 30 lb bags) because our dog has a liver problem and can't eat that kind any more. They didn't ask us to return the food (just donate it to a local shelter) AND they also refunded us for all 3 bags in our order! WHAT? I have not experienced this kind of service from a company in a long time. I'll be a life long customer for sure. Thank you!

Chewy will definitely be my #1 go to site for everything for my pets. I ordered a playpen that was great but too big. I called Chewy to return it and they refunded my money and only asked that I donate it to someone who can use it, like a rescue. WOW they really do care about animals!!

I would love to express how impressed I am with the level of compassion my experience was with Shayna when I called to cancel my autoshipment because we had to put our greyhound boy down. She was more caring than Yogi's own vet clinic! You guys are WONDERFUL. I will always use Chewy on our next fur baby. Thank you for everything! ❤

I can not say enough good stuff about chewy! I get my dogs cbd treats and bones through them and they are always wonderful. One time I didn’t recieve one item and I messaged them and they sent the item and 4 extra bones with my order! They are a great company overall!

I had just received auto shipment on my pet's medication. Unfortunately, I had to put our beloved dog down yesterday. Called Chewy's to cancel the auto shipment and they not only canceled it, but refunded me for the pet med and asked me only to donate it to a clinic rather than bothering to send it back to them. That is true customer service. EDITED TO ADD: Not only the above, but the next day, I had flowers delivered to my home from Dallas at Chewy's because of the death of our beloved Clancy. That goes above and beyond anything. Thank you so much, Dallas and Chewy's. You're the best ever!

Chewy is amazing in every way. I had recently ordered some dog collars for my baby's, but when i received them they didn't fit :( (my fault) i called chewy and asked if i could send the small ones back and get bigger ones. The customer service told me just to keep the ones that were too small and donate them to someone who could use them and they would send me new ones free of charge. Like who does that! Wow i also just placed my 1st auto ship order and the food and treats showed up the next day!!!!! Love the fact that i also got $20 off my first order. Highly recommend Chewy for all your furry needs. :) Thanks!

I have used Chewy's Autoship for all of my pet food needs for years. I recently lost my kitty cat and had just ordered a bag of food that was unopened before she could use it. I emailed Chewy asking if there was anyway I could return the food as I had lost my fur baby. They responded sending their condolences and said that they would be issuing me a refund. I show up to work today (my shipping address) with flowers waiting at the door from none other than you guessed it- Chewy! With a handwritten note expressing their sympathy for me having lost my Bonnie Mae... This experience definitely made all of the difference. Thank you Michael at Chewy! Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.
