Chewy is absolutely AMAZING!! What a great company with the BEST employees! I will sing their praises to everyone! Early this morning I lost my baby kitty (she was 18 yrs old) and when I called in with questions regarding my account, the rep was not only extremely helpful but truly kind and genuine when I told her what happened. I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about this company across the board. They really care and offer the best service!

I received an item that was damaged in shipment and immediately wrote to Chewy and in less than 30 minutes they e-mailed me that they were sending me a replacement item and apologized for what happened. Their customer service is one of the best I have dealt with. Thank you, Chewy!

Absolutely amazing customer service!!! I received my package a day after I ordered which was very unexpected. Unfortunately, one of the products I ordered didn’t work out and I planned to return it. I messaged the company and got an immediate response back stating that they would issue me a full refund and they recommend I donate the product to an animal shelter. It made me so happy to see that a company would do this! Will order from them for all my pets food/supplies from now on!

Just spoke with the sweetest lady about a return I had. She was so helpful. I will order all my cats things from Chewy!

I have only had Chewy for the last 6 month's. My cat was diagnosed with cancer and one of her daily medications was B12. We lost our fur baby recently and received her next order of B12. I emailed customer service to ask if I can return unopened items. They instead refunded my last payment with a warm message that I was not expecting but greatly appreciated from David P. I thank you for your kind words David. It brightened my day through the sadness I am feeling right now. Regards, Annie

I just placed my order yesterday around 3pm and I already got the package this morning! It was a nice surprise! Everything I ordered was packaged nicely and it was all there.

I recently had to cancel my quarterly Rx for my recent loss of my beloved dog Bella. The Customer Service representative was so kind and offered her condolences. A few days later a beautiful flower arrangement was delivered to my home from Chewy. This kind gesture was so unexpected and appreciated. Thank you all at Chewy.com❤️

I've used Chewy for over three years now and I've never been let down. Most of my items have come in untarnished, but I once ordered a litter box that had been thrown around a lot in shipping and it was cracked. Chewy customer service sent me a new one within 2 minutes and sincerely apologized. They're hassle-free. They're the chikfila of pet customer service. I'm here for life. I'm always grateful for knowing I can count on them.
