On a nice note. I always bought my pet food and kitty litter from Chewy. I had an auto ship litter bag in transit. On Thursday I called to canceled as my pet had died. They were so nice! They said to just donate and that they would credit my account. And if that was Not enough, they sent me a sweet bouquet of flowers with a kind note! What a wonderful company! Although it does make me sad to think of my little Kitty 😻😻

I rarely review a company, but my experience w/Chewy was excellent that I just had to! Brief background: My puppy has kidney disease, so getting her to eat can be challenging. There are only so many companies that make her special diet food. I changed up and ordered her lamb and she didn’t like it. It seemed off, like maybe it was old even though the exp date was fine. To make a long story short, I contact chewy and on the very same day they refunded my money and also sent me an alternate flavor. This was by far the best and easiest customer service.

Every company should care about their customers as much as Chewy.com does. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Please spread your knowledge on how to treat people to other companies that desperately need a lesson!

Chewy is not only a dependable vendor but their site is easy to use, their prices are competitive, and their level of service is top notch. Twice I have had delivery related issues and both times without hesitation they made things right in a cheerful manner. A true pleasure to do business with.

This is an update on my previous review for Chewy from a couple days ago. While I was on the call, the salesperson asked how Both my dogs were doing. I informed her that Riley, whom they had on file, had to be put down in June at the age of 13. I informed her that our new dog was the I e I was calling about. She could not apologize enough. Today, I came home from work to find a ProFlowers box at my front doorstep. Yes, it was a dozen of beautiful roses with the heartfelt card attached from my salesperson and Chewy. This, after refunding me for for two things that I needed to return and was issued a full refund and told to please donate the coat and booties to a rescue or shelter. The BEST company that I have ever dealt with. Thank you Chewy❤️If I could add a pic of the roses and card, I would😊

I ordered my cat food yesterday afternoon and actually received it this morning. That is amazing! You can't usually get a call back that soon, much less your whole order delivered. Wow! Extremely impressed.

My dog unexpectedly passed away one day after his RX food shipped. Once my pup was laid to rest and I kinda got myself together I called Chewy to cancel my pup's reoccurring shipment. As much as I thought I had it together when I started explaining to the customer service representative why I needed to cancel the shipments, I lost it. He was very empathetic and was able to help me quickly and painlessly. Chewy even refunded the money for my most recent shipment of dog food and told me to donate the bag to a local shelter in SAM's name. He also told me to call back if I just needed to talk to someone. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how painless Chewy customer service made an already painful time. I have always had great experiences with this company and recommend them, but now I highly recommend Chewy and commend their AMAZING customer service representatives.

I have been using autoship through Chewy for the past couple years for my cats food, supplies, litter, etc. Well I had to put my last Sr. kitty down the other day and my autoship went out before I could cancel. I entered a live chat explaining what happened and to my surprise the customer service was amazing! She was sympathetic to the loss of my cat, refunded the full amount of my order and told me to donate the order to a local shelter in Mia's (Cat) name. I have never had a problem with Chewy and after this experience, I highly recommend using this company! Thank you Chewy!
