I've been ordering from Chewy for a number of years now. They carry a wide selection of items in all categories of pet needs for dogs and cats, including prescription medications. Not only are their prices competitive, in some cases certain items are less than 1/2 the price I'd pay for the same items from my vet. The autoship program (free shipping over $49 AND 5% price discount) is easy to use, completely flexible, reliable, and customizable as needed. Occasionally, something might arrive broken or in poor condition. All it takes is a call to Chewy Customer Service, which is always courteous and does its best to make things right.

I recently lost my baby Sasha it was devastating and I needed to call Chewy to cancel our next supply of her special foods. The customer service representative was so sweet and gave a heartfelt sincere condolences to me. I truly felt she understood the pain of calling in to Chewy and canceled our future delivery. I was very touched to find 2 days later Chewy delivered a beautiful floral arrangement to my home directly signed by the beautiful Allana who was the representative who answered my heart wrenching call. Thank you Allana thank you Chewy for your act of kindness and I will be a Chewy fan forevermore. Truly amazing God Bless you all

I have been using Chewy for about 5 years now. It is by far my favorite place to purchase dog things from because their prices are so reasonable and they have the best customer service ever!!!! I had to put my dog down yesterday because he was attacked and they sent me flowers. I couldn't even believe it. They are the kindest people ever!!!

Our dog was in a bad way and needed a doggie wheelchair. We ordered one from Chewy, but unfortunately our dog died before the wheelchair arrived. Chewy not only graciously refunded us the money, but told us to keep the wheelchair and donate it. Furthermore, they also sent us a condolence card. They won our loyalty with that.

I frequently order my dog's food, some treats and things from Chewy. Shipping is super fast and customer service is excellent. I have called in a few times and I have never had to wait or be on hold and they solve any issue very quickly.

I find Chewy the best online pet supplies store ever. I’ve never had a bad experience, always friendly, efficient and lightning speed delivery. Customer service is open 24/7 and they’ve always been more than helpful. To me Chewy is the epitome of great business practices and should be the example of how all online businesses should operate. I don’t order my pet supplies from any other online store. Not a negative thing to say about them. Chewy is it for me.

Above and beyond........My beloved Harry passed away from end stage Renal failure. I called chewy to return his unused pet food. They credited my account and ask me to donate it. Two days later, I came home from work to a Beautiful bouquet of flowers Chewy sent me a wonderful note. It made me feel so loved. I appreciate chewy and Acquanetta’s thoughtfulness in my time of grief. This is customer service with class
