This online pet supply store has the finest customer service I’ve ever known. The reps are professional and courteous, and also friendly. They will go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need/want for your pet. Many times they have helped me find a specialized food or toy without “breaking the bank”. They are paid to have conversations, especially about your/their pets. It’s refreshing to find a business where the people can actually talk to you, and take their time in finding what you want, and converse freely. There is no time limit or script they are reading from. If you get pet food, or clothes, or hair dye, no matter what, they refund you if it’s not right for your animal(s). Not only refund, but ask you to simply donate it to a shelter or rescue that can use it. There is never a need to return it. I have been a customer for a long time. I don’t order much, but I use their autoship for my dogs’ foods. The autoship is very convenient, and useful. If you don’t know exactly how many weeks or months to schedule it, simply pick a time frame, and if needed it can ship earlier by clicking on “ship now”. The next ship date can be changed at anytime, as well as the frequency. You can also schedule anything they sell to come with your next shipment. Those can be recurring or one time only. You can shop with them on the computer, or their mobile App for mobile or tablet users. Both are easy to navigate while looking for products, or simply browsing by category. If you cannot find what you are looking for, customer service can help. Overall, their prices are better-than-competitive with similar sites, even than most stores. It arrives in days, and is packaged very well. For customer service, none have matched theirs, and they are actually more than pleasant to speak with. They are a quality store with quality products. They deserve all five stars.

They truly care about their customers and they make sure to show you by their amazing customer service. Also I received a hand painted portrait of my cat for my birthday from them.I would recommend chewy to anyone I know 10/10

Hi my name is Melissa. I proudly work for the Rowan county animal shelter in Salisbury nc. A man came in n today with a very large donation box. He shared a very touching story with me about losing his beloved dog. Extremely sad and beautiful all at the same time. He shared beautiful moments with him and my heart went out to him completely. I just had an amazing conversation with a chewy employee. There was a bit of confusion with the payment process (I had to use my girlfriends card because I'm on a hassle free debit plan and can only make a few transactions a month. I was getting Christmas presents for our pets.). The employee was quick, concise, and considerate. She was very kind and we resolved the problem in no time. We need more people like this working these positions. There are too many rude people in her position and she just made my day with such a kind interaction. Thank you Chewy!!!

Chewy won me over just buy their customer support, above and beyond does not give them enough credit. First I need my dogs medicine and was waiting for their tech to contact my vet, I contact support I had the medicine 2 days later, I didnt even run out before they got me the refill. Then I decided to try a different flavor of dog food of the same brand I use which was a 25LBS bag when I used 3 cups and 1 canned dog food of a 12 pack and I told them my dog refused to eat this flavor, I never go without dog food so I had about 8LBS of her old flavor left, They issued me a refund and then asked me to donate it to a local shelter, Chewy is an awesome place. They have won my heart and my pets heart since my dog is a rescue so donating it to a local shelter is simply awesome! they are doing their part to make this world a better place.
