Chewy has been one of the best sites I’ve used for my pets. The products they sell have been great from price to quality. They have been really great about communicating when my orders have shipped and when they have arrived at my home. They have also contacted me when there was an issue with my order and were very quick to send me a replacement. In addition to this I just updated my account to remove one of my pets because he passed away this year and I received a beautiful package from the Chewy team. It was a very sweet and thoughtful card and a beautifully decorated rock with my pets name on it. It was very thoughtful. Chewy is a very large company and can simply forget about you and your pets and we wouldn’t even have thought anything about it but the fact that this large company took the time to make a gesture of condolences to me for my pets and it was personalized really made me appreciate them so much more. This is truly the way to show the people who patronize your business that you care.

I received my order as usual with some extra items. The order contained my 40 lb box of litter, my usual cat food and a box of Feliway cat Feramon defuser refills. The box was handle incorrectly by the delivery guy and the box of diffuser was crushed. The bottles looked OK but since they were used in a plug in I was hesitant to use them. I called Chewy and they sent me a new box. No trouble at all. They always are quick to respond to any questions I may have. After 8 years using Chewy I have no plans to every order my cat supplies from any other online company

I made 2 mistakes on my order to Chewy recently. I was disappointed in myself when I received my package and decided to return 2 items. I contacted them on their Chat and got an immediate response from their customer service. They credited my mistake amount back to me and asked me to donate the items to a local shelter. Very impressive! Thanks again!

I have purchased 2 different brands of joint supplements and 4 waterproof furry throw blankets for my couch, and my pets love it all. I also bought a waterproof cover for the backseat of my VW and it’s great. Website is easy to navigate, products are excellent quality, shipping is fast, and the sales are fantastic. I purchased a Dakota 283 XL size kennel for my large male German Shepherd puppy. Instead of the crate helping him to calm down, it made him highly agitated. I noticed that, due his increase in anxiety, he started chewing the inside of the crate. I called Chewy and they arranged for Fed-Ex to pick up the crate. Two days later I received a full refund to my credit card. The Chewy rep was also great at helping me locate a more appropriate crate and shipping it to me quickly
