We feed our two cockapoos Honest Kitchen Force and we were looking for a vendor offering a fair price and regular deliveries. We are pleased with the service and our first shipment arrived quite promptly.

The products came timely. Would really love to see them labeled what was made in China. When I got the product three of them came from China and won't give to my dogs so will be unable to use them

Our dog eats Fromms food. It can be difficult to find, and when we do find it, to find a large bag of it. It was great to find Mr. Chewy is fully stocked! We ordered, got a fast response telling us when to expect it, and received the product. Great service!!

We brought Brea home from breeder with her food which was Chicken Soup for the puppy's soul. When we took her to the vet, they suggested Science Diet, so we mixed it! Not the best idea unless you like to see your puppy eat and re-eat if you get my drift! We ordered a large bag of Chicken Soup for the Puppy's Soul immediately! All good and no more re-eating!!!!!! We will keep Brea on this til she becomes a grown up and will switch to adult CS for adult dogs!!! Only complaint I have heard is sometimes food can be moldy, and I would love to be able to purchase it at a store convenient to us rather than through the mail.

The ONLY reason I did not give FIVE stars: the TAPING job of the box was bad, which caused the box to be SLIGHTLY damaged and PARTIALLY open when I received it. Otherwise, GREAT experience! The cans were not damaged by the bad TAPING job...probably because there was ample "packing paper" inside. VERY timely delivery!!! TWICE as fast as my LAST pet food delivery company!!!

Mr. Chewy was the most affordable shipping service for us to get our dog's food in bulk, and the shipping was fast! The reason I can only give four stars is that the packaging was terrible and wasteful. I ordered 3 cases of canned food, and they arrived in separate large boxes, each filled with paper to take up extra space in the box. I hope to see a more environmentally-friendly shipping solution from Mr. Chewy in the future.
