Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

They are the VERY BEST!!! Good quality and super fast! I had ordered a sofa ramp for my little senior dog. The day it came, my little guy suddenly passed away. They refunded my purchase, they did not wanted me to return it to them , but donate it to a shelter, which I did. Then I get a beautiful flower bouquet of condolence from Rebecca from customer service. I am speechless! BEST COMPANY EVER!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Chewy’s service has been amazing! Originally I almost didn’t switch to them because the most recent reviews were low. However, my dog became diabetic and needed a bottle of insulin every three weeks. The current company I was with kept dropping the ball and were priced slightly higher on several items so I finally decided to do the switch. Once the prescription is verified (it may take some time) there were no problems. Actually, during the verification process of the prescription I was able to contact them and get immediate feedback on the status of my order. I never felt left in the dark and always was taken care by this company. I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

I live in a rural area, the nearest Pet store is 90 miles. Chewy has been awesome. I made a mistake on my first order. I emailed customer service and they refunded my money and we reordered the correct item. The second order an item did not function. Again, I emailed customer service and they sent a replacement. I have been satisfied with their products and can find everything I need. Customer service has been prompt, polite and easy to work with. I have noticed different items come from different locations and delivery Time depends on the location. I’m not sure what people are complaining about, I guess if I lived in a city I might feel differently. I’m used to planning ahead and stocking up as everything for me is 90 miles away.

I have been a loyal Chewy customer for a long time and they are the best!! Whatever I need I can find on their site!! I have never been disappointed and I will remain a loyal customer for as long as I have fur babies!! If you're looking for a fast and easy way to get all your pet supplies look no further than Chewy!! The prices are great and the customer service is AWESOME!!!!!

There are no words to describe the level of satisfaction I have with this company. Not only are their prices competitive, their ultra fast shipping and outstanding customer service exemplary, I received an incredible gift today: a portrait of my dog Morgan on canvas. I am truly touched by their thoughtfulness and generosity and have shared my experience on several social media websites as well as with my family and friends. Chewy - your company is the best company I have ever done business with, hands down and thumbs up!!

I do have to say I am one that loves a small business. And I try to support them as much as possible. But all businesses start from somewhere and grow. I used chewy because my dog is on a prescription medicine And my vet is a half hour from my house. And it's easy for me to have it shipped directly which has been a lifesaver! every time I have ever called customer service they have been friendly and have helped me out tremendously. This holiday season I got a card from chewy and it was handwritten inside !! For a a company that has I'm sure thousands of customers, they were able to handwrite a card to me! That is absolutely amazing! Thank you chewy.com for always being amazing April B

Best company I have ever worked with! This company truly cares about you and your pet. There have been two difference situations that were not their fault, all mine and they went over and beyond my expectations. I haven't seen customer service like this for years! I highly recommend them. Also their prices are better than at stores and especially on your pets prescriptions!

Best customer service I've ever recieved. I was put in contact with an agent within a minute. There was no automated process that I had to go to. She then looked up my account through my phone number and instantly solved my problem. 10/10
