I have been using Chewy for years. I've used AutoShip, and regular shipping and it is fast! I have used them for prescription medications and they will contact the vet and request approval for me. I've even ordered insulin for my diabetic dog which is required to be chilled, and it has always arrived in a freezer package. Prices are generally a little cheaper than other retailers (and the vet). Today I received a package from my autoship and it was missing an item (first time ever). I emailed them and within 30 minutes received a response and a confirmation that the missing item was shipped out. I love Chewy.

I have ordered from chewy.com twice. My cat had space surgery the other day and I needed to order a recovery suit for her because she was so unhappy with her cone. I put my order in and I had the merchandise in 24 hours. This happened the first time I ordered cat food. I really like the way that they truth or customers and I will order from them again.

I have been ordering from chewy around 2 years already, and let me just tell you that chewy Representative's are like the best. Every Rep I talk to was very knowledgeable and very Respectful. There has been times where I did not like an item I purchased and they were very concerned about my order. I sent it back and with no problems got my money back next day. There have been multiple times I have talked to a Rep and they take care of it 💯 %. I have yet had an issue with any Reps nor the Company itself. I tell my kids it's like a Chic Fila worker that I'm talking to on the phone. LoL 🤣 Keep it up Staff! I have been ordering from Chewy's for quite some time now and there is never an unexpected surprise as they perform just as a good reliable company should perform. But I got a surprise today as I received a 5 inch by 5 inch canvas painting mounted on a wood frame of my wonderful little dog Jake. Jake is a 12 year old puggle with some health issues I really worry about. But this gift from chewy will keep on giving for many years to come. I don't know a better way to say thank you and to say thank you. This is the nicest thing anybody has done for me in a very long time. So loving your quick deliveries and Order fulfillment, your quick reaction to problems, and always the common courtesy and politeness I've come to expect from chewy customer service I have to say that you guys finally surprise me in such a positive way. I placed an order on Chewy for three cases of cat food, and sadly my cat passed away before she could finish them. I emailed Chewy to ask if I could return the two unopened cases. Not only did they give me a full refund without returning so that I can donate the food, I just got a knock at my door with a flower delivery with a card expressing their condolences on the loss of my pet. This is the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced from a company, and warmed my heart during this very difficult time of losing my cat during the holidays in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you Chewy!! I will for sure be a customer for life.
