I received my email reminder for my Auto ship the other day and realized I hadn't cancelled it after my Dog had passed. I called and spoke to Luis and explained that I had forgot to cancel my subscription and I still had a full bag of food. Luis took care of cancelling the auto ship, he credited my account for the bag I didn't need and said to donate in the name of my Dog Barley. I was blown away at the compassion and kindness of Luis and this amazing company. And then today, out of nowhere, I came home to find flowers at my door. To my tearful surprise, they were from Chewy with a note of condolences from Luis. Wow is an understatement. I will always be a Chewy fan and will share this story often. We've been using Chewy for several years now. Deliveries are always received quickly and accurately. Had a problem with an item once and they immediately resolved the issue. Recently started getting pups prescriptions from Chewy because they are SO much cheaper than the vet! Love the prices, quality & convenience!

I've ordered my pets food here for years and the food is always on time, I love how easy their auto-ship feature is and how they remind you a few days before it is on it's way. The reason I am writing this review though, is due to the outstanding customer service I received from Noah M. I recently lost my dog in a tragic accident and I had just received a three month supply of his food. It was heart breaking to even look at his food while grieving the loss of him. I reached out to see if I could donate the food to a shelter, not seeking a refund, and Noah was kind and compassionate, understanding of how hard it is to lose a furbaby, not only did he refund the food but he directed me to a local shelter so I could donate it. Amazing customer service, people can learn a lot from this company.

Our baby boy Purrceaus passed away and Chewy sent us flowers for our loss. Thank you for being the amazing company you are!

I recently lost my beloved Boston Jackson, who passed away suddenly. I called to cancel my autoship of which I received one of them the day he passed. I spoke to Williston. I was an emotional mess. At times I couldn’t talk. He was the most compassionate man and talked with me. Two days later I had someone at my door. I received a beautiful bouquet from him on behalf of Chewy. It was absolutely a shock! This company is truly amazing and very caring of their customers. Thank you Chewy from the bottom of my heart ❤️!
