Brought me to tears when I received a dozen roses from Andy a customer service representative after he found out I had been in an accident. Nicest thing right before Christmas and really made not just my day but my whole week. Chewy has always been amazing. When we switched cat litter they told us to donate our old litter and reimbursed us. When our pet passed away they told us to donate unopened food and credited our acct. it really happens but whenever there is a mistake on the order or we received somebody else’s order they have always told us to keep or donate and sent us out the correct stuff immediately. I have always been happy with chewy I am their service and now I am just blown away by the act of kindness of one of their employees at a hard time in my life thank you Andy I wish I had a way to repay him. Thank you chewy I hope you continue to be amazing all my clients use you and I tell everybody that I know to use you as I work in the pet industry 😊

Chewy was always at a matching price including shipping which brought it quick. Here’s a greater value of Chewy... We had to put our 11 year old Rottie down. I called to see if I could return unopened bags of food and treats. Chewy refunded our previous order and recommended donating the food and treats to the Humane Society. Thanks Chewy! You came through at a hard time.

I love their products and I can find everything I want and it is dropped off at my door! If my animals don't like what I order I just chat with a Chewy representative and they refund my money while on chat and I don't even have to send it back. They just ask me to donate it to my local shelter so no risk.

Chewy is an absolutely outstanding company! They are incredibly honest and will do anything to keep their customers happy. I purchased a high-end dog stroller and a different, more expensive one was delivered. Customer service graciously apologized and sent the stroller I had ordered immediately and told me the other one was mine to do whatever I wanted with! I was thrilled to donate it to a fellow animal rescuer who will use it to help so many animals. Also, when I informed Chewy of a problem with a DNA kit they immediately refunded me in full without my even having to ask! This is a company that you can order from with absolutely no worries! If you are dissatisfied in any way they will make it right. In treating me with such courtesy and honestly they have earned my loyalty!

Great customer service. Twice I have had a problem. One time our shipment didn't show up, and they sent it right out as soon as I called, no questions asked. The second time was our dog food was recalled. They took care of it within minutes

This company is awesome and love your pets! I had contacted customer service about some parts for an item I purchased from them and there biggest concern was that my pets have safe toys to play with and quickly sent out a replacement. Customer service is 110% great people loving your support as a customer and wanting to make sure your happy as well as your pets. We will pay the little extra for some items for the convenience of having it come to us but all in all we love this company and will be loyal customers forever. Thanks Chewy for being there for us and our pets.

I’ve been ordering from chewy for a year and everything has always been promptly shipped and arrived in good condition. I had one item that didn’t match the website description so I emailed Chewy and to my great surprise I received a reply within a few hours. They suggested I donate the item and sent a replacement which arrived in two days. With great service like that Chewy is my go to online pet store!

If you are looking for a company to order your pet supplies (food, veterinary needs, dog jackets, etc.) look no further than Chewy.com. I have called them with a question twice and always get a polite, knowledgeable, helpful person, never put on hold. The last time I called, I needed to return a dog jacket that did not fit my growing pup. They refunded my account immediately and then told me to feel free to donate the item to my local shelter rather then return it to them and besides returning my money, they emailed me a thank you for donating the item to a shelter of my choosing. Love this company!! Above and beyond excellent customer service!
