First of all, the website is so amazing and you can create pet profiles for every one of your pets. I love the set up and all of the features. The products are great and very good deals. The main reason for this review though is to mention the customer service. I dread calling customer service because it’s always a bad experience. Well not at chewy. There was no hold, no robot giving me ten different connect calls. Just one amazing woman named Jasmine who was so extremely nice and helpful. She honestly turned my bad day into a good one.

Okay so I ordered 2 wiggle wobble dog balls got them yesterday I opened box for my dogs 2 get there toys 1 ball came defective so I called chewy right away Spokenwith a customer service rep told them it came defective. They literally told me we will send 1 out right away. So in my head didn't tell the rep did not have a chance 2 in my head im like wow did this really happen they did not fight me on this issue at all. So yeah chewy I love you‼️ and my doggies said they love you guys to‼️ Thanks again chewy got my replacement dog toy for my babies literally the next day‼️

Chewy is the best ever! The items are delivered quickly and packaged well. My sister, daughter, mother and I all use this company and have never had any problems. They have great prices and sometimes good deals on sale items.

This company is exceptional in a good way. I recently ordered a ramp for my car for my dog. It didn’t fit in the doorway and when I contacted Chewy to return it, they offered to refund my purchase and asked me to donate the ramp to a local shelter. How great is that? Not only that but they are always accurate and prompt in anything I order.

I just want people to know what a wonderful company Chewy.com is! I have ordered prescription pet food from Chewy and have had superior service. In early December we had to put our 14 year old Lab down. Two days before Christmas I received an FTD box with a dozen long stemmed roses and a personal sympathy card from Adam at Chewy! It meant so much to my family. You cannot go wrong with Chewy.com.

I had ordered a prescription for my dog Rachel. Two days after placing my order, Rachel passed over the rainbow bridge. I contacted Chewy for instructions on returning my order. Shayna, in Customer Service told me to forget about it. She credited my account for the price of the product and asked me I dispose of the order properly. I was really pleased with how she handled my call. A few days later I got a dozen roses from Shayna (Chewy) in honor of Rachel. Incredible. Beautiful. Customer Service ne plus ultra. My girlfriend and i are customers of Chewy for life. That meant so much.
