Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

Chewy has been the best source for cat food, litter, and toy purchases! The delivery is quick, and all items are more affordable than my local pet stores! Their customer service is amazing, and they go above and beyond to help you if there's ever an issue!

I have been a long time customer of Chewy and I am beyond satisfied. I have a Newfoundland and a Rottweiler and we use Chewy for everything from ear infections, hot spots and food. I am amazed at quickly Chewy ships their products. Currently, my Newfoundland Sasquatch, has a large hot spot on his back. I ordered medication for him and I received my order in 2 days with free shipping. They keep information on my pets and this makes it easy to reorder. They are fabulous to work with. I would highly recommend Chewy to everyone. I love them. Jane Dornsife

I just want to thank Chewy for crediting my account of unopened items because my dear dog passed away on Jan. 3rd. Beyond that, you did not want the unopened items returned but asked that I donate them which I have begun to do. Then as a total surprise, I received flowers from Siara at your company in sympathy for my loss! I am so overwhelmed with your generosity and hope more companies follow your example of caring so deeply for their customers. I would attach a picture of the flowers but I see no way to do that. You have my permission to use my message in any way you wish. Thank you, Susan

I would give an off the chart rating 10 STARS after an unexpected experience with them personally. Our loss of our cat happened New Year’s Day. My mom called just to be taken off the list since changes were happening, our other cat who’s 13 is having some kidney issues and had to switch his diet and our other cat is on regular food. Temporarily we needed to be taken off of autopay for food and litter and told them our loss of our pet. A simple “I’m sorry for your loss” was said then A SURPRISE call to confirm our address happened. We were absolutely shocked that this company did this for us!! We have always had the utmost respect for a growing company to keep us satisfied with their product for our animals ,as we have been these past couple years. This act of kindness & gratitude took us by surprise and really showed us they truely care about our pets and sending little gifts to bring us happiness during this difficult time.... ****EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE****

Excellent customer service I think I have been a Chewy customer for about 6 years now. I can’t say enough good things. I love how they do truly care about our pets and their well being and they care about their customers. Chewy does the little things you wish all companies would do. I have spent quite a bit of money on this site, but I have received several cards from them. I have seen ads about them sending paintings to customers to show their appreciation, along with a friend who had lost a pet and received a nice gift. I will always recommend them, as long as their service is this good!!! Amazing! You must try chewy.com!!

I have heard good things about Chewy in the past so I used them to order a new heat mat and reptile carpet for my gecko when he was acting sluggish. It turned out that my gecko had an impaction and died shortly after, leaving me with these brand new products having never been used. I messaged Chewy asking if I could return them, and they gave me a full refund and told me to feel free to donate the products to an animal shelter! I have never had a company do something like this before, and it was such a positive experience after dealing with the heartbreak of losing my beloved gecko. To receive that kind of customer service from an online company is almost unheard of nowadays. I am now 100% a Chewy customer for life.

I honestly do not know how anyone could leave a negative review for this company! They are awesome. They have fast shipping, coupons all the time and their customer service it TOP NOTCH! Now, I love Amazon but I have found myself ordering from Chewy just as much! I highly recommend them.

I ordered some dog food on Chewy .com and decided I wanted another brand and they refunded my purchase price and suggested I donate the order to a shelter. WOW No hassle no problem and I ordered the new dog food at the same time. I will be a CHEWY.COM customer from now on. First class company.
