I purchased from your website because I believe you had the best price on the best high quality dog food and delivery was free. I purchased the food believing that I would receive it within a few days. In the interim, I have had to buy other food for my dog becuase the shipping takes over a week. This is not good. Most companies that consumers purchase items from on-line can get their product within a few days without having to pay expedited charges.

I ordered from Mr Chewy after not receiving my product from another company. I thought that it was fantastic that I got the delivery the next day. I was a bit dismayed that the bag the food was in was very dirty, like it was hanging around the floor of the warehouse for months. I became worried that their might be bugs in the box or in the food. My inspection revealed that all was well. If not for the dirty bag I would not hesitate to order again.

Before I opened the box I could hear dog food loose in the shipping box. Thinking some had gotten out during shipping. When I opened the box the bag was empty the whole bag had ripped open on the bottom of the bag. Bob Smith

I'm accustomed to quickly shipped orders through amazon and other websites, so waiting soooo long for an order seems crazy now. Thus, my experience so far has been one of waiting for it to be delivered. Convenient? Sure. Fast? No. Plan way in advance if you need pet food or treats.

My order came quickly, but several cans of food were dented. They seemed as if they were dented when packed by manufacturer, do you think they were seconds?

delivery was real quick and I was thrilled. this is my first experience with Blue buffalo and my dogs are refusing it. Even with old brand mixed in. Will have to update in future. Hopefully they will get hungry enough soon!!

Service was fast. Delivery was made to a side door that is not used - delievery blocked door so it would not open from the inside. Driver left box hanging out in the rain so part of product (kitty litter) was ruined. In addition to making a huge mess. Would like to see more products - my cats would not eat canned food purchased.

I was disappointed that MrChewy.com does not offer PayPal as a choice for payment. However, everything else about placing the order was perfect. Delivery was perfect. However, packaging was not perfect. One of the boxes did not have the paper used to stuff the space between the bag of dog food and the box itself. The dog food bag was torn through all layers but one. I'll use that bag first. It was just a little disappointment when almost everything else was PERFECT.
