Chewy.com & Victoria who helped me via chat, I just have to say WOW. I was not only incredibly touched by Victoria's compassion for our situation (losing 2 dogs in 2 months) and the fact that you refunded our order and told us to donate it in our pet's memory already made me cry. Then, today, a dozen beautiful, colorful, roses were delivered to my home with the most thoughtful note. I am truly and utterly blown away by your kindness in this difficult time and very grateful. Just wanted to say thank you for being an example of what all companies should be - human.

You guys, I want just wanna brag on Chewy for a minute. Anyone who has pets and uses Chewy for their source of toys, foods, litters, etc already knows this! But I order my ferrets food monthly. I ordered it yesterday at 3:30 pm! A little late! This company already had it delivered to me this morning at 11:30am! No even 24 hrs later!! Chewy has never disappoint me! Forever a supporter of Chewy☺️

By far the BEST customer service I have experienced!!!! My family and I recently got a new puppy after our sweet dog of 8 years passed away. I had purchased a dog bed that I thought was too small and reached out to them about returning it. They immediately emailed me back and said they would be happy to refund me for the dog bed. I ended up keeping the dog bed because our new puppy loved it and it ended up fitting perfectly in the puppy’s crate. I reached out and told them not to refund me and that I was going to keep the bed after all. They emailed me back and asked about our new puppy and I told them about how my family and I lost our dog and how our other dog was missing her buddy and how lonely she was so we thought a puppy might help. They wrote back how sorry they were and today I received flowers from Nylah from customer service at Chewy’s!!!! Needless to say I am now and forever will be a HUGE supporter of Chewy!!!! I have already told my friends and family to shop there for their pets!!! ❤️🐶

Wish I could thank them personally. I've spoken to customer service about three times today about a prescription. My vet really dropped the ball and has made the situation for me so confusing and upsetting. I even started to cry and the sweet person at Chewy made me feel better. It's pretty obvious vets are not happy with money they are losing. My vet was charging double for a prescription!! They have made it so difficult to get it done that I think they want me to get frustrated and go ahead and buy it from them. Not happening. Customer service and the Chewy pharmacy have been so helpful, kind and professional. Thank you Chewy!!!

The best customer service experience I've ever had. I accidentally shipped a large order to my old address (in another state) and then re-shipped my order free of charge. No hassle. What an awesome company. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Chewy for their thoughtfulness last week when I had to have my dog euthanized. It was a very difficult time for me. I called Chewy customer service to cancel my auto ship orders. Not only did Ashley helped me with the cancellation, but she told me to donate the items to a shelter and she refunded my last order. Two days later I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The kindness shown to me was extremely thoughtful. I recommend Chewy to pet owners everywhere. The customer service with the orders has been wonderful. Thank you, Chewy.

Chewy is absolutely the best pet store! They have lots of variety and very good prices. They ship free and fast! I’ve gotten my order the next day a few times. They are a company that really cares about you and your pets. I will never shop anywhere else for my fur babies! Thank you Chewy!!
